Shiverpaw had heard the other cat approach the stream, yet he continued to drink, knowing there was no need for him to look up at the cat. He wouldn’t see anything either way. He only stppped when he heard cries of “cold! Cold!” Coming from the other cat. The tiny tom let out a snort of laughter, lifting his head and turning his blind eyes towards where he heard the sound. He could hear shuffling of line needles on the other side of the stream, and figured that the cat was moving around quickly, for some reason.
Suddenly there was a silence, and Shiverpaw could now only hear the bubbling of the stream and the birds above. He could still smell the cat though, confirming to him that they hadn’t left. He heard them mumble something, but his ears couldn’t quite catch the exact words.
Keeping his gaze focused towards where he thought the cat was, Shiverpaw called out to them. “Having some trouble over there?” He asked, though there was a joking tone in his voice.

Bayberypaw just felt even more embarrassed as the tom looked up at them. Though the creamy tabby soon noticed that the tom wasn't exactly focusing on them but just their general area. Was he avoiding looking at them? Or was he blind, that'd make more since. But if they was so why would he be out alone? Pulling some pine needles from their fur the feline pondered on the question. Should they tell the pure white tom they were or not?
Placing their paws on the ground the cream colored tabby ran his tongue swiftly over his nose in a uncomfortable way. "No..." Bayberry said obviously lying. Though they weren't lying because they thought the other apprentice was blind, no just because they didn't want to admit that they were having trouble. It was hard to say, the apprentice really didn't like being looked down upon though they was to much of a pushover to stand up for themselves on most matters. It wasn't like they were trying to be rude they just tended to have their words and actions contradict them.

Her ears at first went back slowly until half way did they plummet down to her head " G-goldenstar?.......I'm far from w-windclan aren't i? " She asked her voice shaking with the thought of what punishment lied ahead ,a yell? A paw to the face? Although he didn't seem like that type of cat , with the way he spoke and all . But it was always a possibility ... That's what sacred her the most ,the possibility of it being something bad . " i...i-im...Fallowkit... " she squeaked out her words were caught in her throat as her eyes started to water up . It was always something that happened when she got in trouble , it's not really an instinct per say... But she always tended to think of the worst and she will tear up. " i...I'm s-sorry! I didn't know ... I was just running around .... I swear! I didn't catch anything ! " she suddenly blurted out quickly .

Goldenstar shrugged, “You can’t stay young for forever,” he said, “You have to work to get the name, and a lot more freedom too, but it pays off,” a small smile showed up on the leader’s face for a moment. Shortly after that, he saw something click in the kit, and he waited for the question to be asked. He could see the fear in her eyes and he internally cringed, hoping he hadn’t given her any reason to be afraid of him. “Fallowkit,” he repeated the name once to remember it, and then gave a swift nod. “We’re not too far away from the border, but yes, you have crossed it,” he said, trying not to get himself worked up along with the kit. That wouldn’t help anyone. “It’s fine, however, you shouldn’t do this ever again, you know it’s against the warrior code,” he said calmly, smiling. “Do you want me to help escort you back to the border?” he asked calmly, looking at the kit, hoping she would calm down.

Fallowkit gulped and shook her head trying to calm herself down and to get rid of her tears that threatened to escape ,she cleared her throat once before looking back up at Goldenstar slowly ,she wasn't expecting the response that she gotten from him since he was a clan leader and they can get pretty protective of their territory and all she expected him to do something worse ,but she was glad that it was just this . Although she couldn't help that feeling of regret and guilt start building up in her stomach which was unpleasant well this will be a tale to tell....a windclan kit face to face with goldenstar....I just hope mom won't be too angry .I truly didn't know.. all she gave as a response was a few quick nods after his little reminder " i promise you won't see me anymore . Well ...Maybe at gatherings ...but that's it I promise! " She meowed . Her head tilted at his offer either risk getting yourself lost in a somewhat creepy territory ....or risk getting bombarded with questions by other cats that are gonna crowd around me?....hmm.... I'm definitely not wanting run into any one else here in this territory . I'll risk getting bombarded ." please ? I don't wanna end up lost again ...also...what clan is this ?..no offence but it's kinda creepy and smelly ... " She meowed now calmer than she was before but that sinking feeling was still there . Fallowkit looked around the territory once more before she had to go back,just so that she recognizes it get a good look fallowkit, you don't want to end up here again.

He nearly cringed at Fallow’s next question, but he knew he thought the same thing of other clans scents. “You’re in Shadowclan,” he said calmly, nodding, “And I know that you probably heard that we eat kits or something of the sort, we don’t,” he said, smiling slightly, trying to calm any nerves in the kit once again, before the nerves could take over.

Fallowkit smiled maybe just maybe I will! He's an alright cat . her eyes widened once she got her answer I've heard of shadowclan before! From some other apprentices ...but only the name .even the name it's self is pretty dark . then her fur started to bristle when he said the next part out of fear eat kits!? O-oh...good it's not true...almost gave me a heart attack ...why would they spread such rumors? she thought as her fur flattened ,that question though she just had to ask " if not,why would they spread rumors like that? " she asked with a flick of her ears her eyes filled with sympathy for the leader and his clan . " it's like saying that windclan ...I don't know ...ugh...eats...apprentices ? It's just not right " she meowed as she tried to think of the right words .but somewhere in her mind she failed . The snowshoe twitched her nose as she caught the wif of something making her lick her lips and for her stomach to growl slightly . Her blue orbs scanned the area as she tried to search for the creature " ...do you smell that? It smells delicious ! " she meowed as she turned around facing the opposite direction of the leader as she searched for the prey once more with Her nose in the air .

Tigerpaw had just left the camp, looking to collect some food for the Clan. As he walked deeper into the forest, he felt a piercing gaze that seemed to cut right through him...

"Nightmare..." he whispered, turning around to see the dominant, male cat.

"Ah yes, Stripe." The evil cat said, "I will get my revenge soon enough... but it won't be on you."

"My name is Tigerpaw now, Nightmare! And you wouldn't dare hurt anyone in my clan!" Tigerpaw replied; anger in his voice.

"Really? I know your feelings towards a certain member of your clan... I know your weakness, Stripe. You can't stop me..." Nightmare remarked.

Hissing and turning to face the black cat, Tigerpaw got into a pounce position. Nightmare tensed up, ready to defend against the attack Tigerpaw had decided to use.

However, to Nightmare's suprise, Tigerpaw didn't leap. Rather, he decided to run around Nightmare, and claw at his back.

"Yar!!!" Nightmare yowled in pain, and Tigerpaw took the opportunity. Leaping onto Nightmare, he clawed at his face, clawing at one of Nightmare's demon-like red eyes. As Tigerpaw started to run towards camp, Nightmare got a slash at Tigerpaw's hind leg. Tigerpaw, ignoring the pain, continued to run towards camp, eventually making it to camp.

maplepaw exited camp, her medium calico fur swaying gently as she walked. it had been a very uneventful morning, and when she had looked for tigerpaw, she had been unable to find him anywhere in camp. her mentor silentlightning had been somewhere else by the looks of it, and maplepaw wasn’t very happy as the rest of the day was sure to be boring. of course, since she had nothing to do, she decided to take advantage of the fleetly warmth and take a quick stroll outside around the pine camps. she was already nearing her assessment; time had flown so fast.
stepping out of the thick gorse tunnel, maplepaw surveyed the area around her. it was a cold morning, the sky a gloomy gray that only allowed thin shafts of sun to slit through. it was a depressing color, but maplepaw took in the greenery around her and smiled as she noticed the reds, oranges, and yellows that had taken over. consuming the green, to replace it with a much prettier variety.
maplepaw turned her head, to see tigerpaw running towards her.
“Ah!” maplepaw exclaimed.

Hoping that Maplepaw had returned to camp, Tigerpaw got into a leap position, preparing to leap onto Nightmare.

However, Nightmare was prepared, and saw an opportunity -- he took the offensive. Leaping onto Tigerpaw, he slashed -- reopening the scar over Tigerpaw's right eye.

Yowling in pain, Tigerpaw shoved Nightmare off of him. Backing up, Tigerpaw hissed at Nightmare. He leaped, right over Nightmare, hoping to get the monstrous demon away from the ShadowClan camp -- and away from Maplepaw. He ran until he couldn't anymore, Nightmare in hot pursuit.
