Howdy.
So I've decided to add a little bit of *spice* to the Outsider faction of WCO. Fortune is a master manipulator, survivalist, and trickster who has trekked across distant territories and landed in the Clan territories. She isn't exactly violent, just very practical...which sometimes can be worse.

Long story short, Fortune views the clans as pompous, pretentious, and a scourge to cats who are merely trying to survive. She often mocks Clan cats for their principles (refers to the Code as 'peer pressure from dead cats' and often mocks warrior names by calling cats things like 'Majesticface' and 'Chickenfeet'). She's not nice, but she is funny lol.
So, Fortune has essentially seen the world, or as much of it as a feral cat can. She's been on the mood since kithood, and knows how to con her way to success. Her play is to unite a group of loners, rogues, ex-clan cats, etc., to work together to survive in clan territory. She'll teach them how to circumvent patrols, steal prey undetected, and best of all, how to inflict an identity crisis on a clan cat. This poses a unique challenged for the clans because these won't just be singular rogues and loners struggling to survive, they'll be organized, with a leader who knows how to play the game.
Her agenda isn't to kill or antagonize clan cats, no BloodClan stuff, just general theft, mischief, and con artistry. she's chaotic neutral, not lawful evil.
So, if you have a character you would like to ally with the Anarchy Queen, here's a few roles she would need filled:
-A right hand cat (could be a love interest to make things zesty)
-anyone and everyone who has been personally victimized by the clans
-that's about it.
