I am writing a story and I need throwawy characters for my new clan Tideclan-
TIDECLAN
~ The Well-Behaved and Warm ~
FOUNDING
~ Founded by Beach'Star and his brother, Lake'Storm ~
Founded many moons ago by two rogue brothers, TideClan had always been a proper and a formal clan, striving to prove itself as just as much of a clan as the others. Because of the clan being founded by two blood-brothers, it is only tradition for members of TideClan to be very family-oriented, doing anything for their kin, whether by blood or by heart.
The previous leader, Rook'Star, was lucky enough to retire from old age, instead of losing all nine of her lives or being exiled. She is treated with high respect, and is the mother of Slug'Claw, who shares a suffix with her.
Under Heather'Stars reign, TideClan is a calm, peaceful clan that prefer democracy and discussion over violence and battle, though they are not afraid to protect ones they love. During Rook'Stars reign, though, the clan was a lot more... violent.. and definitely were set out on punishments, whether that be punishments on clan-mates, punishments on other clans, or punishment on trespassing rogues.
Rook'Claw wasn't the kindest of cats during her reign, but now Heather'Star is turning that around, and TideClan is coming to grow peaceful, and they're now re-building their relationships with other clans.
RANKS AND ROLES
~ Proposed by Heather'Star ~
A simple clan, TideClan hasn't yet been developed enough to have many different ranks, yet some warriors have been assigned with different unique tasks. Only a few generations in, TideClan hasn't had the time to think of or include seperate roles, but it may be something to come up in the future...
Currently, the only cats with specific tasks and/or duties are:
~ Golden'Cloud
~ Rook'Claw
~ Slug'Claw
These cats make up 'The Council' who, combined with the deputy, have discussions every moon with the leader to talk about the clans well-beings, relationships with other clans, punishments that are due, and announcements that need to be made.
These were enforced by Heather'Star in her first few moons of leadership, as with the past leaders there hadn't been much democracy or peer-reviewing. Not even with Beach'Star, and he was pretty fair compared to other leaders.
Apprentices can be tasked specific duties every few moons, though they are required to have at least two training sessions before they can request or take on any tasks.
THE TERRITORY ~ Subject to change, though just a general description ~
An island that is the shape of a crescent moon lingers a few ways away from the tip of unknown lands, the Rushing River separates the two, and is where you bring your deceased loved-ones, so that they can venture off, and then someday be re-birthed back into the clan.
Near the 'bite' in the island, a set of palm trees linger, a good place to hunt seagulls or baby turtles, though you must look out for falling coconuts or angry mother turtles who are trying to protect their children. Coconuts have proven to be deadly to kits and apprentices, and they can leave a warrior paralysed.
Further inland, a tropical jungle takes up most of the island, towering trees that offer fruit and insects for cats and their prey to eat. Due to growing accustomed with their environment, TideClan cats have grown to be able to digest fruit, though their bodily systems are still working on properly digesting insects such as spiders or beetles.
While the rest of the island is vague, in the centre of said island is TideClan camp, the heart of the jungle, while other camps surround it. TideClan takes place in a previously abandoned clan camp, and it is unknown as to who had resided there before them...

Brakendust is a black tabby she-cat with amber eyes. She's ambitious and grumpy but not really evil, just a little limited in her worldview.
Flickerfrost is a ginger-point white cat with yellow eyes. He is mischievous and likes to play pranks on others and is a little too insensitive sometimes and really emotionally offends people "for the lolz".
Salmonstalk is a calico she-cat with green eyes. She's reserved and serious but not unkind, even motherly at times. She's secretly a hopeless romantic and also an excellent tracker and ambusher. Although she doesn't like to brag.
