The aging system
How do cats age on this roleplay site?. By that, I mean, how long is one moon and other stuff.

Aging and how it done is up to you. But we do run on real life time for Patrols and Roleplays most of the time. A moon is one month.

Re: The aging system
// @Kron
1 moon = one month[usually]
typically people will age a character 2 moons per month during kithood, and afterwards 1 moon = 1 month. in my case i age up 1 moon per month constantly (:

Re: The aging system
This system is a tad weird, won't you agree? I mean, if anyone wanted to, they could make 1 month equivalent to 6 moons. Heck, people could even make 1 day equivalent to 1 moon!(Though why anyone would do that, I don't know)
@ Larissa and @ fallout?

Re: The aging system
As long as folks aren't dragging out their character aging for a ridiculously long time (such as one moon every three-six months) or a ridiculously short time (such as one moon every day or week), they're free to do as they please, though the typical system is one moon every month. We aren't very strict about it.
(to make kithood go by a little bit faster, some folks may extend it to two moons a month!) @ Kron
Typically speaking though everything surrounding aging is fairly consistent; most people should be using the one moon per one month.

Re: The aging system
@ dino.
When I first role played, I aged Ashpaw(kit at the time) so that she was newborn at the start of the month, and 6 moons at the end of the month, is this acceptable?

Re: The aging system
@ Ashie da WindClanner Apologies for the delayed response; that's perfectly fine! Most of the time members age kits pretty quickly due to wanting to get them into apprentices, which is where the general aging starts.
