Shallow sat near a rock, her tail swaying as she sheathed and unsheathed her claws. Her mind was else were, what would she do here, she has been here for moons, will she ever choose to go back to being a warrior and start a new life.
Her mind buzzed with questions.
She then slapped the ground and a deep growl rumbled out of her throat before she rested her head on her paws.
"These days are nothing like my own..."

Bouncepaw sighed in defeat as he reflected on his general life. He had so much to live for, but yet he had died. On a more.. positive note.. he could still visit Bluefang in his dreams and interact with other dead cats. He walked along the river, reminded of his old clan. He hoped he could return someday.. in another life. He looked up from his paws and saw another cat. The calico tom looked at her, one sightless eye and one blue eye shining in somewhat of an excitement. He padded over, long tail swishing behind him. He dipped his head in respect. “Greetings, my name is Bouncepaw.” He said softly, respectful. He liked to ponder what his warrior name could’ve been, as he had died at the age of a warrior. All he had needed to do was get back to his clan, but he had died before he could.

Shallow looked at the cat who talked to her, her eyes gave a sharp glare before she softened them, her once tense body, now calm as she looked at the apprentice.

"Who are you and why are you talking to me?," she said licking her fur. Her face gave off a scowl, but in reality she was glad someone was talking to her. "And why is a apprentice like you in Starclan? You should be down there enjoying your life as a clan cat being a warrior and such...not this young," she mumbled the last part.

The old molly stood up and trotted to him sniffing the little thing. Her eagerness taking over as she swirled around the cat and giving him a look of pity but also curiousness.

Bouncepaw blinked at the questions, but gave nothing away. He sat down calmly, knowing there was no need to be afraid; If this cat is in Starclan like him, she couldn’t be much of a threat. He smiled softly. “I’m Bouncepaw, formerly Riverclan. I am speaking to you because why not? It gets lonely sometimes.” Bouncepaw replied softly. The tom was average-height and a white calico with a thick tail. He had died at 12 moons old. He gave a sad, long sigh. “I should be, I know. I was taken by twolegs and I died in a fire in they’re nest while trying to return to Riverclan.” he spoke calmly, but his eyes swelled with emotion.

"....Surprised Starclan was able to find you and help you cross over," she said looking at the small tom. "No cat should have gone through that," she sighed and flopped over into the starry grass.

"So did you pass your apprentice training?," she asked putting up a paw in the air and stretching her paw.
