Dimhazel lay curled up in the clearing, soaking up a few rays of sun, eyes closed and ears swiveling to follow the sounds of passing cats. Perhaps this was why they hadn't been aware of the kit sneaking up on them until she spoke.
They slowly opened their eyes, squinting down at the kitten in from of them.
Deciding to humor her, they slowly flutter their eyes open to look at Pondkit properly, though not sitting up so they remained at eye level with her.
"Ask away, little one. I don't know how much I will be of help, but I can try."

Oh hey the cat actually responded. Most cats would just push her away, but this cat was actually going to try and answer her questions. Pondkit grew excited. This was going to be the best chat ever. No one could ever tell her other wise. That is until this conversation got boring.

"The first question I have is is it hard to be an apprentice. I heard it can be difficult. I just hope it won't be too difficult. Also does an apprentice have to go in battle to become a warrior. It kind of scares me to think about it.", she meowed. Pondkit heard many stories and it frightened her a bit.
