Bumbleflight frowned seeing Thrushfur so down. Maybe it would've been better if he hadn't asked... But at least he now knew what was going on. The dark brown tabby rested his fluffy tail on his friend's back in an attempt to comfort him, albeit a bit awkwardly. His foster mother was much better at comforting others, but he could try.
"Well, aside from that, we went about and explored the territory," the young warrior continued, eager to change the topic and distract his companion from his obvious sadness.
"Granted, he didn't seem too fond of Sunkissed Creek, or the birds singing there, but ah well."
