But, I do agree with us being too old, I mean—if I went on a patrol now, I would probably break a bone or two if I'd encounter a wild animal or somethin'!" The tom said, obviously over exaggerating. It was quite sad though, as being an elder you didn't really have any tasks more than eating, sleeping, telling kits stories, and more personal things.
