Rook had called his patrol to him, trotting out of the camp into the crag, ears perked. The towering cat rolled his shoulders, grunting as he pushed a large branch out of the way of the patrol, leading the way. He was of course muscular, he was a claw for stars sake. The large tom looked back towards his group as he held up a particularly large branch for the others to pass.

"Cosmo doll, do me a favor an find a good spot ta hunt." Rook ordered.

Cosmo trotted after Rook, their eyes scanning their surroundings sharply. He stopped at the branch, watching as Rook moved it. They flexed their claws, tail flicking. Cosmo blinked at Rooks request, giving him a nod and a small smile at the name before walking ahead to find a place to hunt. The trapper glanced at every place that could be a potential hunting spot, tasting the air every so often to see where prey scent was strongest. Eventually he found a place and sat down, his tufted ears pricked sharply as he scanned the area in the meantime.

Jade followed, opening her mouth to taste the air for prey. Detecting a mouse not far ahead, she lowered into the hunters crouch and started to stalk it.

Rook grunted and pushed more logs and branches aside, letting the other two hunt on their own. the large tom continued to pad on, ears pricked and tail swaying as he moved. "Each of us should catch atleast one thing then we'll head back, I don't want to be late." He commanded as he finished clearing the pathway, strong shoulders rippling before he himself went on the hunt.

The scent if rabbit caught his nose immediately as he dropped into his won personalized hunting crouch, perfected for his pelt. The chimera slithered across the slowly raising grasses and fallen trees, his white and almost camoflauged coat keeping him undetectable.

With a sharp lung, his jaws snapped down onto the neck of the rabbit, quickly putting it out of its misery after sending a quick thank-you prayer for it's life to the stars.

Jade leaped and landed right on the mouse, delivering a killing bite to it's neck.
Scraping earth over it, she searched for another piece of prey. [Roll d20=6]
Finding nothing, she picked the mouse back up and padded over to Rook.

Cosmo gave Jade a sharp look, saying nothing. He hummed and tasted the air, his eyes scanning the surrounding for signs of prey.

( D20 = 20!! )

The feline scented two squirrels in the air, and theu followed the scent, their paws slowly creeping forward as they hunted. He saw the animals by the uprooted root of tree, nibbling slowly on some seeds or grass. They both seemed slow and tired, making them easy to catch. Cosmo crept forward more, and pounced, giving one a quick killing bite and digging his claws into the others neck. They were both younger, so not the biggest creatures, but after all, there was two, which was still good. He thanked whoever quickly and picked up the dead animals, trotting back to Rook and the other cat.
