Is there a form you want us to fill out?
(Also i don't recommend closing and opening the sign ups at certain times because people on the site are in different Timezones and may not be able to post within these times. You should also add the list of ranks to the main RP thread so people know what's taken and who RPs them)
Also, I feel like waiting for 10-15 is a bit much...cause you don't know how popular it's gonna be. I would just start once you get one or two forms
