Overview: Flamepaw was born to a she cat named Applefur, with beautiful orange and white fur and green eyes. Along with Flamepaw were his two sisters and a brother, Rosekit, Fernkit, and Honeykit respectively, who all died shortly after birth, and another sibling who survived along with him. His mother, who also became weak and ill after giving birth to the kits, began to lash out at anyone who came near her, including her kits. Flamepaw took the brunt of it, starting with his birth mother giving him the name Brokenkit, due to him being born with a slightly deformed back paw. His mother refused to nurse him or his sibling, and rejected food herself. Due to her actions, she eventually perished during the night not long after giving birth. Another queen who had just given birth recently as well and was still in the nursery took Flamepaw, then Brokenkit, and his sibling in, and began to nurse and care for them along with her own kits. Feeling bad for him receiving his name out of his mother's anger, she changed his name to Flamekit. To this day, Flamepaw is extremely grateful to his adoptive mother for her care. Now that he is an apprentice, Flamepaw does his best to keep up with his training, but still drags around his limp back paw. His movements are slow, and occasionally he has a successful hunt, but the truth of the matter is that if it ever came down to a fight against another cat or another animal, Flamepaw most likely won't be able to hold his own. Despite this, Flamepaw is determined to be named as a warrior, and to help provide for his clan. He is softspoken, but full of willpower and a creative and quick thinker as well.
