Static - Base Clearing - Open to All

The large canine was chewing on a rabbit. They were rather hungry after what had been a long day of checking and re-checking the base's defenses. It was up to them to keep the pack safe, after all. However, they realized that the food supply was running a bit low. After they ate, Static would assign a few patrols. Maybe they'd even lead one. It had been ages since they'd done something enjoyable, like hunting. For now, though, they would sit and eat their rabbit, hoping for a peaceful meal.

Dag padded through the base with Flick at his side, a little bit behind him. He looked around, making sure everything was ok.

Flick stayed beside Dag, watching what the older dog did to learn. He had been on a run through the forest when Dag had called him back to base so he could learn all Dag could teach him.

They grunted a greeting to the two dogs, a scout and their Beta. Giving a nod to each of their packmates, as it was respectful, Static still continued to eat. They hoped that neither of them tried to initiate any conversation, as Static really wasn't in the mood for small talk.

Dag looked at the low food. "Me and Flick will go hunting." he stated before turning towards the entrance.

Flick nodded to the alpha, trying to keep his calm before running after Dag.

So Dag has noticed the low food. However, they would not be told anything. "Hold up," Static barked. "You two can’t go by yourselves. I appreciate the concern, but we’ll be assigning patrols after I eat, Dag. In the meantime, you can grab something before you go." There. While Dag was the Beta and had some authority, it didn’t compare to theirs. They even stated that they and Dag would be assigning patrols together, which meant that he would have some input. They liked to include their Beta, especially because it prepared him for the job.

Hawk- Flower Meadow - Open to Two

The large husky fattened her ears, eyes half-narrowed against the wind. The meadow wasn't her favorite place- too simple, too safe. She knew there would be some kind of danger popping out behind her. Paranoia sucked. The husky increased her speed, crushing dandelions and chrysanthemums without a thought of remorse. They were just flowers, nothing to get too worked up about. A reason she was somewhat annoyed by pups. If she were to swat at a moth, they'd be crying, saying "they wanted it" or "moths are our friends". She scoffed. Why this field had her bitter, she had no idea. Maybe it was a reminder of what she'd lost, and who she'd fought to get here. No matter that, though. She had a calm, lonely, life as an Alpha, handling anything involving words. Which, she wasn't too good at, but the husky wouldn't complain. Nobody spoke down to her, nobody would misjudge her, and, most importantly, nobody would dare to remind her of the past, of which she tried to forget every day. Senses shut down, the huskies mind had stuffed her ears with too many thoughts to hear someone call her name.

Rainboots "Rain" - Flower Meadow - @TeamRiverRipple

This was one of her favorite places this time of year. Everywhere she looked was colorful. The flowers were gorgeous and the fragrance was heavenly. Though it did make her sneeze a bit. Rain was sprawled out on one of the rocks, knowing that this was one of the least threatening places in the territory. It was nice to get out of the nursery. Her nose got a bit close to a particularly fragrant flower, though, and she let out a loud sneeze. Whew, oops.

Dag nodded, "Of course, I apologize, just kind of tired of being in camp and this one needs to burn some energy in a productive way." Dag said motioning to Flick.

Flick-base-@elysian

Flick shook his fur out, "Don't worry about me pops, I'm supposed to have stamina and be fast, so technically, I'm training." Flick said, not feeling qualified enough to talk directly to the alpha.
