Pain Tolerance Training [open to apps/warriors!]

[This is a new form of training open to all RiverClan warriors and apprentices looking to strengthen their ability to withstand attacks. Kits should refrain from joining.]

 

Pain tolerance training is a way for cats to strengthen their ability to take damage from a battle standpoint. Cats will be subjected to repetitive exercises which, in theory, will decrease the pain felt when experiencing a similarly inflicted attack in battle.

“Any warriors or apprentices interested in a new form of training, called pain tolerance training, meet me right outside of camp! Kits, don’t try sneaking in—you’ll just get sent back to camp.” Berryscorch called out to her clanmates from the center of the clearing. She didn’t explain yet what exactly this training would involve, hoping to catch the curious side of her clanmates. Waiting for only a few moments, she briskly made her way over to a white tom sitting off to the side.

“Psst... Blizzardsky [ @Zesty Mango ], I need your help with something.” With that, she strode out the camp entrance, waiting just outside for whoever was interested in seeing what this was about.

Today marked her first time doing something as Lionheart, and to say the least, she couldn’t wait to get started. The past hours had been dedicated to planning this all out. She’d narrowed down the exercises to ones which would actually be beneficial towards battle. For instance, the mouse bile one had been dropped. But now was the true test, to see how many clanmates would actually be interested.

Blizzardsky heard Berryscorch’s call and padded over,” Yeah wassup?”he asked he was about to ask if she had decided to becoming his mate, but frankly didn’t want to be smacked publicly, so he just acted ya know, chill.

Splashleap heard something about training, and perking up her ears made her way over. It was always good to learn new skills, wasn't it? Stopping in near Berryscorch, she asked So what are we doing? And WHY was Blizzardsky up front? Surely HE couldn't be leading it! Could he? @Puddle~

Training was all Rushpaw needed to hear. She didn't particularly care what type, so she skidded over, her paws flailing a bit wildly, before stopping beside her sister. She hadn't seen Milkypaw in a while. Excited, she asked What do you think we're doing? Do you think it will be fun? She really hoped so! @~RooRoo~

Pain tolerance training? Awesome! Stealthpaw bounded over, almost hitting someone in her rush to sit down.

Whitepaw just started to go out of camp she sat down waiting for Berryscorch and licked her paw she nipped it and it bleed a tiny bit she rubbed it in the dirt Probably that’s what we’re doing.. She mumbled to herself. { @Puddle~. }
