Interactions For Fizzle

I'm really in love with my autistic baby Fizzlekit and I really want to find him some more interactions. He has a hard time speaking and doesn't make eye contact when talking. He also flickers his tail for no reason and he can't sit still long enough. I'm open to any interactions no matter the rank. I will duplicate him.

Plot Idea(optional): Lion has this strange habit of flicking his tail around. He could notice Fizzle doing the same and they could befriend each other over that? Lion could answer some of Fizzle's questions, too; he doesn't mind cats with disorders.
