So the war. The war with Shadowclan, declared last gathering along with the accusation that they'd murdered their medicine cat. Or was it medicine cat apprentice? Mudhound didnt really know.
All they knew was that the blood shed at Sunkissed Creek would not enough, and unless something was done it was going to be Thunderclan blood primarily.

So! Battle training thingie and Mudhound knew just what to do for it! You see, they'd been trained by a Shadowclan cat! Yep good old grandma Houndsong who'd raised their ditzy grandchild as a rogue was Shadowclan born. Shadowclan born just as much as the maine coon mix's mother also apparently was. So along with being as large as one of the enemy, Mudhound knew some tactics so could teach that to the clan! That knowledge coming with how to counter it of course. .....It wasnt being a traitor if they were never apart of the enemy clan right? Eh what did the warrior care, they were Thunderclan and would be there to protect their clan first against those bullies.

So, again, battle training thingie! And they'd made a new friend to help teach it!

"HEYO! EVERYONE ABOVE 6 MOONS AND INTERESTED IN SOME BATTLE TRAINING GATHER OVER HERE WITH ME AND SPIDER-DUDE FOR A GROUP EVENT!"
And to sweeten the pot~
"We have special advanced moves for those willing to put in the effort~ Its not all basic training (but we have that too heehee). So gather up! I wanna hear what you think your skill level is too so we can get groups set up! So be sure to pipe up when you wander in!"

The grouping up thing was going to be a headache for Mudhound, they were not a cat good with numbers and planning and stuff. But they'd try! Afterall Spider-dude was being so cool about helping the tripod out, given that the warrior had been very pushy about him doing so. It was only right they'd handle the heavy lifting for their own event. Like, seriously, the tripod had approached the hornet intent to pester him until he helped out. That Spiderthroat hadnt clawed Mudhound's throat out was an act of pure goodness.

So despite annoying means to get what they'd wanted the event was all set up and ready for cats! .....If they gathered. Oh dear starclan now Mudhound was internally sweating please gather for their event Shadowclan was big and mean and numerous and coming, Thunderclan needed to know how to fight big cats and lots of cats.

Rules/Explanation

So this is a battle training session for warriors *and* apprentices (6 moons old and above) to brush up on their skills and learn new ones! -Specifically this event will focus on teaching smaller cats to fight big cats and big cats to take on multiple opponents!
To begin with you will be paired up in groups of three with two smaller cats (apprentices *or* not large warriors) and pair them with a 'big cat'. So in your first post in to help me out please note the relative size and skill level of your cat!
Once gathering into groups with little cats and big cats you will be taught in rounds. First one half of the group will be taught a skill then the other will be taught the counterskill.
When the lecture is complete you will be released to practice the skill, Mudhound will be circulating to give advice and answer questions.
The next round will start in ~48hrs. The event will go over 4 skills and attached counter skills.
Spiderthroat will be around to take on any overflow big cats and those with to high a skills level but also~
Should you finish your practice of a skill in a round then spiderthroat will be around to teach you another more advanced move or give you a challenge to help improve your skills! (What exactly is up to @/Starfall)
Should you miss a round entirely you will be counted as out of the event and your partners will be reassigned.

Spottedfire, eager to brush up on skills he swore he must've learned at some point but desperately wanted an excuse to re-learn, padded up at the gathered cats. His expression was shy but determined.

The Siamese perked her ears at Mudhound's call. A battle event? A grin split across Hazelflash's maw as she padded toward the gathering cats, her claws scraping the ground eagerly. Her stomach wound had scarred over and she was no longer in pain from it.

Having been in battle as an apprentice, which counted as her assessment, the warrior was relatively skilled in battle. She relied on her speed, being slightly smaller than the average cat, which is why she assumed Bumblestar had given her the suffix -flash.
