[ShadowClan] sensing something dreadful

Blackpaw's first patrol

What I'm looking for:
• random Shc cats
• future bestie
• a couple of outsiders

Plot:
Oh, look at that! He's new, a black and grey tom! He looks weird, and he's a bit creepy. But hey, that's Shadowclan for you.
Blackpaw's first patrol will prove he's really ready to put himself out there, and that there's something odd about this lonely, young cat without family who was found by Mistlewhisker and brought in.

He states he's able to sense when death strikes near him. Prey, scavengers, predators, cats. Everyone leaves a trace he can feel deep inside his mallow, but is he lying to get attention?
Without even a lesson from the Shadowclan warriors, this cat had already proved he can catch successfully prey and defeat small predators such as weasels.

When a couple of ordinary rogues comes in and trespass into the clan's territory, Black senses the death of something small and go check it out. A precious piece of prey has been slayed by trespassers.
He is ordered to stay aside and back them up only if necessary. He obeys, but as one of the rogue is killed and the other fleeing, a screech is heard and an old, hollow pine tree falls down on the patrol members.

One of the cats is killed, but the other is cats aside by Black and they end up both injured.
"I can't move! Help me!" He pleas, as for the first time in his life, the life itself now depends on someone else he doesn't even trust. I didn't help you for you. I helped you for myself, and now I'm stuck.

A rescue patrol is now sent out, and the medicine cats alerted.
The cat's dead body is impossible to retrieve. It will be forever lost to the forest, but the other one comes out with broken hips. Will they survive?
Black doesn't care. His long tail is stuck beneath the trunk, and his back aches.

"-need to amputate it. Now."
He's losing consciousness. He's chewing something, and sleep comes quickly.

When he wakes up, his tail is forever gone. A long agony follows, with a full week off apprentices duties and lots of poppy seeds.
The other patrol member is with him in the den. They heal together, and grow up close despite Black didn't plan this.
They're the only cat Black really cares for. The only one in his life.


Needed:
-2 outsiders (1 is killed)
-2 patrol members (1 Warrior being killed, 1 apprentice ending up close with Black)
-2 rescue patrol members (1 of them with Herbal Knowledge)

 

Some insights on this!
So... having a hip fracture usually ends up in a wild animal's death, so I'll leave you the choice of the consequences: you can have only a SMALL fracture and take 2-3 weeks off duties to heal, or a big one that can leave you paralyzed or limp.

My concept would be a rather brash/snarky individual who thinks they are owed the world but is actually rather inexperienced when it comes to the clan and their claws!
