[Multi-Faction] [Finder] imaginary friend.

Meet... her.

She had a name once. What was it? She doesn't know. She's been given names, though. Names by so many. She doesn't know anything, actually. Why? Because she's a baby! Under six moons, barely a toddler, with no recollection of anything or anyone, more often than not drenched in water. What does she want?

A friend. Many of them, in fact. She's the imaginary friend your cat grew up with, pulled into dreams by a tiny soggy-furred kitten with blue eyes and a clueless soul. Those dreams fade away once the cat gets older. After all, she was just an imaginary friend, right?

Her consciousness is manifesting in different ways though lately. She finds herself roaming random camps, appearing for a few heartbeats in a day to random cats, not-really-there water dripping off her fur, and then disappearing again. She's lost, and sad, and confused. All the other kits have Mamas, where is hers?

What I'm looking for;

OPTION A -> Cats who grew up with dreams of her during their kithood days. Her memory has probably faded by now - nobody really holds on to an imaginary friend. This would have to be pre-established/off-screened. No set age ! Your cat can be as old as you'd like, heh.

OPTION B -> Kittens! Current kittens to be her friends, to be pulled into dreams.

OPTION C -> Camp clearing interactions! She'll likely be popping up now and again in random clearings.

OPTION D -> One cat who knew her before she... well, died. And knows the reason why/how she died (I have this, do not worry). They were her playmate, once, and then she started pulling them into dreams again, so they were her playmate again. Until her memory faded with time, and the dreams stopped. Preferably on the older side (35+ moons; this can be adjusted if you absolutely want), not someone too young. This cat will start seeing her again when she starts roaming around camps. She's a ghost from their past.

OPTION E -> I prefer living interactions, but hey if you wanna headcanon any dead/former interactions with me I'd love to hear you out!

There's no set form. :> You can pick more than one option, obviously. Also, while this isn't fcfs, I would love to read anything and everything you guys have to toss at me. New ideas or concepts, go for it! You can come up with something outside the options, too, and I won't mind.

Oh oh Lichenkit would be great for Option B! And Option C by extension.


They're a kind little Riverclan cat, who cares greatly about their family and making others happy. So if their "imaginary" friend (will workshop names, but maybe Lichenkit will call her Ripple?) believes she doesn't have one, Lichenkit would offer to make her part of their family. Of course, her family's a little chaotic, and I can't say how her siblings will react (mentioning @nyx sorry because this might be a great excuse for Pigeon to bully Lichen???), but something could happen there.

Lichen would also promise to never forget their imaginary friend! How could they? That could be an interesting angle as she gets older, seeing how they try to hold on but eventually start to forget more? Can also see Lichen trying to help her make new memories, while trying to (maybe not so subtly) get her friend to remember something. Just the first ideas that come to mind.

Clearly Antlerkit would fit in very well for either Opiton A or B! He probably daydreams a lot, in result of him having an imaginary friend. But then in the matter of time, as he grew older, he gets even more hesitant and unconscious the more he talks towards the empty air rather than to the other cats, and thus, he decided to give up spending time with his imaginary friend, wanting to regain his healthy, social spirit.

And one more thing, can you tell me more about the imaginary kit? She might probably have a complicated backstory (E. g. being a former Riverclanner, or maybe just a stillborn, or probably were created by a schizophrenic kitten, whose her very first friend), or maybe she doesn't have any and just exists out of nowhere?
