Welcome to Windclan's gossip column, a place to see what rumors your character has heard circling around the camp, or to spread their own! You can read how this works here! To submit your own gossip, fill out the form below. Keep in mind that High Ranks may take action against your character at their discretion depending on the kind of gossip. Windclan's gossip is updated every 2 weeks, or when deemed fitting. Old gossip is removed after 2 weeks or when deemed fitting.

Note that posts that are not submissions are not permitted in this thread, and IC responses should be limited to actual roleplay threads.

 

Unrealistic Rumors/Gossip
Some forms of gossip may not be considered realistic to spread or will warrant immediate confrontation due to Windclan's current social climate or leadership status. This includes but may not be limited to:

• High Ranks being power-hungry or evil, or uninvested/disinterested in Windclan as a whole

If a submission is deemed to be unrealistic beyond the above, you'll be sent a message letting you know why.


Anonymous sources are allowed, however if the rumor is severe enough in its content a named existing source might be required. You do not have to have a cat in windclan to start rumors/gossip, however character targeted rumors or rumors involving character you do not own may require roleplayer permission.
Please remember to be mindful of your wording! There is a big difference between events/gossip that were witnessed and so actually occurred in character and rumors that spread with no witnessed proof.

• Now adays you can hear the twolegs in the windy hills from most everywhere in the territory... Its making hunting challenging and raising fears about their invasion.
• Can this Hawkfur guy get a grip? I swear, every time someone comes up to him he leaps a fox-length in the air! What's he so anxious about all the time, anyway??
• Those twoleg traps keep maiming or taking our clanmates.... Do we even have a chance of defeating them?
• Twilightstar deserves grandkittens and that Leechscar hunk is single! Poor awkward thing doesnt seem to know how to talk to mollies though, ladies, time to be proactive and ask him out yourself! That catch wont stay single forever!
• Dapplebreeze is getting rather up there in years, though Twilightstar did have a healthy litter at older.... What are the odds on some BatBreeze babies then~
• That Peachpaw is a weird little thing, even for apprentice there's such a thing as acting 'too' strange.
• Jaggedpaw has been going around boasting about his "incredible" fighting skills and challenging every apprentice that crosses his path. someone should accept his challenge and humble this overconfident ego inflated child.
• Someone heard Strawberrypaw wonder out loud if she'll be named after her mentor, Crowtooth. Strawberryteeth is a fitting name, is it not? Crowtooth appeared horrified hearing about this second paw.
• For all his reluctance and talk about his apprentice its rather funny to see Crowtooth cave to Strawberrypaw's random whims and chewing. She's a bit old for that kit-habit though....
• That Jaggedpaw is INSANE! Cardinalpaw should act better for sure but what windclan cat responds with that level of violence, we're not shadowclan thugs for starclans sake!
• Hey.. what's going on with Owlpaw? shes been acting so much more tense and on edge (don't even get me STARTED when someone mentions going underground!) since she came back. Probably just that whole Vinesmoke and Wildfire thing from that one meeting... or is she just a scaredy-mouse now?
• Spottedpaw is overheard whispering "Crowtooth said he loved bees, wants to kiss em wishes he was one... Wait, are you taking this seriously don't tell others I-"
• Robinkit has been loudly declaring to everyone who listens that "Crowtooth has been going around whacking everybody with massive sticks!! I saw him!! HE HIT ME WITH ONE AND THAT'S HOW I GOT THIS BLACK EYE"
