The Best of Friends

Hi Everyone! Arié and I came up with a fun, drama filled plot. Its pretty long term and might need editing due to the site wide plot, but lets get started shall we?

Queenie: Lightpaw/Lightfall
Arié: Rowanpaw/Rowanfire

THE CHARACTERS
Rowanpaw was loyal as a friend could be and a great brother to (Sibling). The tom, who during his early moons as an apprentice suffered with a infection in both his leg and ear still believed he could do anything and never frayed from his energetic nature the idea cat of the friends.

Lightpaw who was the glue that held her friends contrasting personalities together always feared that one day her friends would clash and bring her world to an end. Seemingly micromanaging the group to do things together and shutting down possible confrontations among the group

(Sibling) easily following right next to Rowanpaw in an energetic nature always had the idea of fun in the back of their head. Of course becoming a warrior was important but right now they had great friends and a great life. Live a little, laugh a little. Make a little trouble perhaps?

(Friend 1) couldn’t be more serious. In his earlier apprentice moons the fun and games was joyous and appreciated but coming close to his warrior ceremony the tom knew he had to set his focuses on his career and not fun.

(Friend 2) hopelessly in love with Rowan. How she found herself a part of his friend group made her wonder but she wouldn’t trade it for the world and would stand by his side no matter what happened. Her personality isnt one to blurt out her feelings however. How on earth could she tell Rowan how she feels? Especially when it looks like he has feelings for someone else.

THE ACCIDENT
In this group the ties are fragile but somehow they’ve all become the best of friends since kit hood. They do everything together even following in (Siblings) shenanigans, and lately they’ve come up with something crazy. Something that could easily get the group in serious trouble, with (Friend 1’s) warrior ceremony so close he’s not really willing to risk it. But the group is persistent, and so he follows. The Riverclanners head to the river - alone without mentors ready to swim for a fun afternoon in the sun. Its fine for a while until the current picks up and the danger becomes all too real. Swimming for their lives Rowanpaw, Lightpaw, and (Friend 2) make it to safety but (Sibling) and (Friend 1) get swept down the river aways. (Sibling) is much smaller than (Friend 1), as they have only been an apprentice for a couple of moons and begs (Friend 1), who despite being swept away is regaining his strength and able to push through the water better, to save him. Fear is a powerful motivator however, and to (Friend 1) his own life and career have always been more important than his friends. Besides (Sibling) never took life seriously and broke just a bit too many rules for (Friend 1’s) comfort. Darkness shrouds the toms sense of right and wrong and watches (Sibling) drown.

THE BETRAYAL
(Friend 1) returns to the rest of the group putting on an act lying about how he tried to save (Sibling) but the river was just too strong. Rightfully the friends are crushed, especially Rowanpaw who next to the rest of his friends did everything with (Sibling). Solemnly the group returns to camp bearing the news of (Siblings) death. It is decided by one of their mentors all warrior ceremonies will be delayed. To Rowanpaw, Lightpaw, and (Friend 2) this is reasonable but (Friend 1) is furious. Anger clouds his mind. (Sibling) lost their life so (Friend 1) could peacefully have their ceremony now… the life was for nothing? Everyone begins to distance themselves from each other dealing with the loss in their own way. Lightpaws own world is crumbling. The one thing she valued in life her friends are no longer at her side. Somehow she finds herself listening to (Friend 1) in hopes that she can get everyone to get over (Siblings) death. Slowly but surely more of the truth about that day comes out, but not the full thing. Lightpaw believes (Friend 1) is broken and distraught the victim of watching (Siblings) death. She heads to Rowanpaw who’s being comforted by (Friend 2) exclaiming (Friend 1’s) story. Rowanpaw sees the dark twisted demeanor behind (Friend 1’s) mask.

THE RUNAWAY
Lightpaws worst fears are coming true. She watches as her two closest friends relationship fails and tries her best to reason with both. Neither wants anything to do with the other. In fact since (Friend 1’s) Warrior ceremony has been postponed he decides. He never needed to be a warrior. He can protect himself, and a family on his own. He asks Lightpaw to run away with him. Due to Rowanpaw and (Friend 2) seemingly shunning her for trying to support (Friend 1) The she-cat being the hopeless romantic she is, sees (Friend 1’s) request as heroic and romantic and agrees to follow (Friend 1) into the unknown. Leaving Rowanpaw and (Friend 2) behind. There could be no saving the friendship now.

THE CONFUSION
Despite being held back from warriorship Rowanpaw and (Friend 2) make the most of it, and do their best to make up for their actions. Rowanpaw seeks comfort in (Friend 2) due to depression entering his life and (Friend 2) does her best to help, but can only do so much. Soon Rowanpaw and (Friend 2) become closer than ever, despite Rowanpaw still holding out for Lightpaw. When Rowanfire and (Friend 2) finally become warriors (Friend 2) is ready to have a family. Rowanfire believing Lightpaw never had feelings for him anyway agrees.

THE TRUTH
Moons pass and Rowanfire and (Friend 2) have their kits, while Lightpaw (she never changed her name) and (Friend 1 - who did change his name) are trying to live on their own as loners. (Friend 1) has since showed violent tendencies fighting cats who didn’t need to be hurt to get food and lashing out at random times. Lightpaw worries for (Friend 1’s) health, and spends her time trying to counsel him out of his growing darkness. To try and boost his happiness Lightpaw reveals that she’s expecting his kits. Over the course of her pregnancy (Friend 1) becomes very over protective of her and Lightpaw begins to wonder if she really knows the full story about (Siblings) death. Lightpaw, weary of her kits safety tries to get the truth. (Friend 1) reveals the true motive and Lightpaw confused and scared doesn’t know what to do. She’s afraid to go back to Riverclan but fears for the safety of her kits. She chooses to stay with (Friend 1) until her kits are born and sees how he reacts. Being loners is hard though, and despite them leaving the clans as older apprentices, their training was minimal and food was becoming hard to come by. Lightpaw suggest going back to Riverclan and at the mention of their former home and the failure to become warriors (Friend 1) lashes out and hurts Lightpaw. It is at this moment Lightpaw decided to take her three kits back to Riverclan and raise them there.

THE RETURN
Lightpaw returns not expecting to be welcomed into the clan at all, while Rowanpaw, now Rowanfire is weary of her return sees she has kits, the tom, having just moved past his depression is caught between his feelings yet again but the kits bring light to his life. He's afraid to let his own kits near her and have them betray the clan. He is the only one now, who had seen the true motive behind (Friend 1)s actions and although happy to see Lightpaw, upon re-entering the clan Lightfall, he is angry at her for believing (Friend 1's) lies. Slowly, time goes by, the male and female, both with kits to raise, grow closer, both apologizing for being stupid, much to (Friend 2's) dismay. Rowanfire adopts Lightpaw's younger kits and becomes like an uncle. But the darkness is still not over as (Friend1) returns to see his kits being taking care of by another male. He has now turned his vendetta towards Rowanfire and Rowan's kits.

Reference| Timberpaw has a name fitting of her appearence. Her main fur consists of a timber-brown pelt, with lighter brown, somewhat white, dapples and large spots located beneath, on her underbelly. Despite no longer being a kit, she has only a small structure, with little muscle aligning her legs or shoulders--however, her structure is one which has the potential to become bigger, given she works up to the opportunity of which. In terms of her eyes, Timberpaw bares beautiful, amber orbs, which become even more stunning due to the darker shades of her pelt
|Personality|
Your average apprentice, Timberpaw always wants to impress; so be it whether that may mean having to be the most daring, or the most kind, whatever she needs to be to make herself bigger, nicer and generally just better in other's eyes. However, when Timberpaw is not simply trying to impress, she will often be a very amiable, and outgoing she-cat, who always cherishes company-- and not in the ways as the be surrounded by multitudes, but simply the company of one cat is enough to please her. In addition, Timberpaw is a very loyal cat, who will do everything to avoid breaking a friendship with another cat. This can make her slightly protective over her friends at times, perhaps even to a point where some might see her as annoying or even constricting--but all she is doing is for them, really. When she wants to be, Timbersoul can act somewhat mature for a little while, but not for much longer other than that; it's just not her, and what's the point in her being someone she isn't? Another thing about her, honesty. Now, Timberpaw, being an apprentice, has told more than a couple lies, but nothing that I'm talking about; he never lies about herself, not her personality, especially. Thus, she expects others not to consequently, believing everyone should have the right to be themselves, and not somecat they aren't, just to please the likes of others; she truly believes in equality.
