redesigning & remodeling the things we call our dens

after teams are situated, you will roleplay them
making the dens better. I will use a random number
generator between one and ten once they are all done,
and will apply those numbers to your scores.
whichever team has the highest scores in how comfy
it is, size and how pretty it is.]

Event [#event]

Sootspring was glad that it was good weather. Clear skies, lots of sun, and it wasn't too cold to make you want to go inside a den, or was too hot that you had to stay in the river not to be overheated. It was just the perfect day for the event Sootspring came up with.

"So, um, everyone, if you could listen to me, that's be great. I asked Lionstar if I was allowed to do this, so I have complete permission. Anyways, I thought of one of those 'activity-encouraging' things he was talking about a few meetings ago. Anyone who's interested will help expand our dens, make them more cozy, and if you still have time, make it look pretty. Every den will have a team to help make it better. I'll be assigning teams once I know the cats who want to do it. There will also be judges, one being myself. I think we should probably have three of them? Maybe more, maybe less. At the end of the day, the judges will score the dens on a scale of one to ten for each of the categories I told you before. Once we've scored each one, we will pick a winning team, and we can discuss prizes from there."

"Now, rules. You cannot sabotage another team's den but you can steal supplies. Although, stealing supplies results in a point being knocked off of each of your categories, so only do it if you're really desperate. You can only work on your team's den, which I don't think any of you would work on anyone else's but I'm not sure? You can go anywhere on RiverClan territory for supplies, although kits are not allowed to go outside of camp. If I find a kit outside of camp, they will be both disqualified and sent to Lionstar." Hopefully the little furballs wouldn't be too troublesome, but there would probably be some kit that would do it anyways. She was glad Lionstar said she could send trouble-makers to him, because, Sootspring would not have the heart to punish them. They were just too cute and adorable, and so innocent. "Also, you have to finish by dusk, because we'll be scoring them then. Anyone who thinks they'd want to do this, gather around and I'll assign teams."

Silverpool slid out of the warrior's den at Sootspring's call, padding silently over to listen. Beautifying? That was her forte! She purred lightly as she listened to the plan. This was excellent! It didn't matter who was on her team, they would win. Silverpool had a tad of a competitive streak, and this competition would definitely bring it out.

Leopardpaw came over as Sootspring was talking, dropping his measly trout into the fresh-kill pile. Fixing the dens? He wasn't so sure about that. He wasn't exactly the best when it came to creativity. Ooh, but she had said she needed judges. He could do that. "I can be a judge?" he offered sheepishly, "I'm not one for design..." He scuffed the dirt with his paw.

Flyfur padded foward to participate. If she could help in anyway, she would. Besides, she needed to get up more often. She'd get lazy eventually.
Palepaw darted foward, her first task under her new name. She couldn't keep from wiggling in excitement.
Breezehen followed the gathering cats. She was very good at den building and it was something she enjoyed doing. This would be fun, maybe. She'd never seen it be turned into a competition.
Cricketflight bounced by, curious about the group of cats.

Silentheart looked at Sootspring while they talked about the event this was going to be. He purred since it sounded fun. The newly warrior as an apprentice did tasks to help time fly by because it was no fun sitting around like ducks when you could contribute to everyone's comfort in the clan.

Featherfang wasn’t Interested one bit, she rolled her eyes slightly..but when she got up to leave her ears perked up when she spotted her mother.

A smile grew on her muzzle and she lifted her head, before bounding over to flyfur, ”hey mama! Can I help you with a den? I just want to spend more time with you!” She chirped, her small feathery tail fluffed up a little and her red eyes were bright and happy today.
