I've talked to Undertaker about this, and after some clarifications, I've decided to put this plot out. My WindClan OC, Ashfeather, has always had self-confidence issues. She's always thought of herself as less important, as an easy pushover and a terrible leader. Perhaps she is. But seeing others spurred to action amid the death of Breezefeather and the kidnapping of Twilightstar, as well as some confidence building, and her two kits running away, Ashfeather feels a need to do something.
This group will be pretty loosely built - it'll be interesting, since Ashfeather isn't the best leader, by any means. But she has built up the courage to meet up with WindClan cats in secret and meet them at a small grove, right outside the borders, at night. Here is her plan.
Ashfeather has decided to gather a small conspiracy inside WindClan to get the hopes of other cats up, and hopes to send out search parties to find Twilightstar. NOTE: THEY WILL NOT FIND HER AT THIS POINT IN TIME. Undertaker has specified that she won't be found yet. She will later build onto this plan, to send cats to the other Clans; however, there is a good chance that it will not end up happening because of the risk of Dawnstar killing Twilightstar. Maybe it comes up, but is shot down.
That being said, this group is loosely led. Ashfeather lacks in leadership and confidence, so infighting and whatnot is to be expected. I'm curious to see how this goes, but Ashfeather's gotten enough confidence and resolve to at least make an attempt to stop this.
NOTICE: Every cat in this group is at risk because who knows what direction this plot will go in. Also, the plot will change with the ebb and flow of time and the cats that join. Other cats will be free to pipe up their own thoughts and ideas.

Appearance: small, white molly with folded, creamy colored ears. Her ears has a darker rim around them.
Personality: she is rather bright and bubbly. She is never ever in a bad mood unless either her feelings were hurt. She is very extroverted and is not afraid to speak her mind, which could end up with bad situations lol.
Why do you want them to join?: She could support Ash in anyway she can and sorta knew Twilight as an acquaintance. Clover could also help Ash with her confidence as well as give out an happy, eager emotion within the group.
Relationship with Ash: she doesn’t know her that well, but she could get to know her in certain ways.
Other: Cloverpaw is a literate bean, is always happy and is rarely ever sad lol

She’s average sized, with the typical windclan fiseque. Thin, long legged, and overall quite petite, she doesnt really stand out all that much - at least body-type wise. She has the characteristic fluffy light ginger fur that is very common in those related to featherwhisker, and she has dull olive eyes with pinpoint/constricted pupils that are normally just small dots in the middle of her irises. She has several patches of fur missing all over her body, some large and some barely noticeable. She has small paws, each having six toes as opposed to the normal five, and sometimes has trouble with balance due to the awkward positioning of the sixth toes. She has a hoarse, breathy voice due to disfigured vocal chords, and is unable to speak loudly. She has to constantly stop to take a breath even while merely talking, and she is constantly clearing her throat.
Personality: Overall, shes pretty grumpy around most cats. If a tsundere wasnt as violent as they are often portrayed as and was a cat, that would be her. She has a lot of trouble admitting her affections to others, and often tries to cover her more sensitive feelings.,She mainly acts similarly to how many cats act when they are woken early in the morning.
+ She is quite snappy, and is very, very defensive (especially of her unordinary physical characteristics).
+ She has social anxiety, and often has trouble approaching strangers or being in crowds.
+ She hates small, enclosed spaces as it constricts her already troublesome breathing, and tends to start panicking when she feels trapped somewhere.
+ She is scared of thunderstorms, and hides in a den whenever one starts.
Why do you want them to join?: she is fairly fond of twi, and thinks that helping to find her with maybe spur more cats to actually look past her physical appearance
Relationship with Ash: they arent exactly friends, but i can see them bonding
