Another Cliché Romance

So I decided to bring back Aspenpaw, and what better way to do that with a plot?

So Aspen and [Cat] meet after one of them invites the other out to train. Aspen is very impressed with [Cat]’s skills, and it becomes routine for them to train together. Then they start hanging out after training as well, until they start to consider each other friends. Best friends

Then comes the fun part. As he starts to realize his feelings, he becomes more bitter than usual. Then that gets worse when [Cat] does something to make him jealous. This can be something as little as training with someone else. This causes him to overreact, start an argument, and confess how he feels. How [Cat] Reacts can be decided via rp


Now I'm hoping I wrote this well enough that you can understand it. Tell me if you can't. So now here's the requirements and the form.

-Must be able to put up with his rudeness, sarcastic banter is welcome
-Preferably Male, but feel free to apply as long as your oc doesn't identify as female
-Around 8 moons old

Name: Speckledpaw

Link/ Detailed description: Outdated Speckledpaw

How would they get along?: Speckled is determined, snarky, but also silly and quite patient. He is quite creative and skilled in fighting and running, but would probably find his fighting skills awful and want to train with a cat outside his clan to learn their skills.

Any other ideas?: Speckled's Windclan and very insecure about his skills so it could cause a lot of dRaMa and which is why he would most likely agree to train, maybe Aspen could be a little secretive about himself. Also, I'm planning on making a Shadowclan cat, I'm unsure if this was for Shadowclan cats exclusively and Speckledpaw needs more interaction so I put him, but I'm also making another cat, unnamed and planned for Shadowclan if you'd be interested in their personality or anything else.

Activity: I've been trying to be a lot more active and so far and keeping a steady pace, the latest is usually 2 days for me to respond.

So Unnamed, going to refer to as 'cat', is a very energetic, skilled, cat. They love to joke around, and they're somewhat patient with others, however, not with activities. They love to tell stories and take risks, but are fiercely loyal to their clan, and not very happy with the idea of breaking rules.

How would they get along?: After reading through Aspenpaw's bio, I think Spiderpaw would LOVE being around Aspenpaw. Spiderpaw pushes himself to be the best, and Aspenpaw has a need to be perfect, so they could bounce off of eachother and push each other to improve. I imagine it could start off as them just being friends and meeting up a few times a week, then soon enough they are seeing each other everyday to train. Like Aspenpaw, I can see Spiderpaw distancing himself from Aspen once he realizes he has feelings for the other tom. He would also be the type to end up hanging out with someone else to distract himself from his feelings. So I don't know about you, but for me, I can see Spiderpaw and Aspen working very well with each other.

Any other ideas?: Spiderpaw has never had a crush on another cat before, so he probably wouldn't understand his feelings right away. He might even mistake his love as hate for the tom and lash out at him. So maybe Aspenpaw and Spiderpaw, later on in their friendship, start getting into arguments and during one of those arguments is when Aspenpaw confesses to him?

Writing example: Here is one of my most recent roleplays I have been doing with Spiderpaw. A few examples can be found there. Spiderpaw would probably act a bit different around Aspen than he does Streampaw though.

Activity: I am very active. It might take a while to respond if I have too many roleplays to respond to, but the longest you would have to wait would be 24h, or even less.
