1. No power playing
2. Moving up ranks(ex. citizen to guard) requires permission from the leader of the camp you are in.
3. You cannot live in other dragon camps. For example, if you are part IceWing, you stay in the IceWing camp.
4. Hybrids of two different dragons are allowed, but only two. And hybrid dragons of two different dragons cannot have a high rank(ruler, heir, healer, guard) unless given permission by the ruler and by me.
5. Doing a birth post is not allowed at all.
6. Your dragon MUST be part cat.
7. Shipping with other tribes is allowed but if caught the punishment is on the two rulers of the two dragon cats.
8. Be nice!
9. Fighting is allowed in the camps as long as no blood is drawn.
10. Have fun!
11. Empowered NightWings and animus dragons are allowed but only in the royal family.
12. There are no thrice-moon born NightWings
13. NightWings can have both mind reading and prophecy abilities but can't have animus magic if that's the case.
14. A NightWing can only be an animus dragon if it has no normal NightWing powers.
15. NightWings may have no magic.
16. LeafWings, SilkWings, and HiveWings cannot have animus magic, but SilkWings may have flamesilk and LeafWings may have Leafspeak.
17. You can only have TWO high-rank dragons unless one of your dragons was a citizen and moved up to a guard as an example.
If you see anyone break these rules, let your leader of your tribe know and let them deal with it. If caught three times, let me know by shooting me a message(public or private) and I will deal with it.

Queen Scorpian scented another cat in her territory. She spread her wings and took off into the sky, looking at her kingdom. She spotted the NightWing queen, Queen Night Star. She had used her magic to make her see dragons who are invisible. "Hello Queen Night Star," The SandWing queen landed behind the other queen. "What brings you here?"

Queen Scorpion flew to the Meeting Cave. She lit the torches and went to the horn to call the meeting. "LET ALL DRAGONS IN THE ROYAL FAMILIES COME TO THE MEETING CAVE FOR A MEETING!!!" She roared in the horn, shooting flames through it at the same time.
