Nova made her way cautiously through the forest, tracking her prey silently. The Mottled dark blue and black raptor hopped up onto a rocky outcropping, scanning for any sign of the dinosaur she was tracking.

the large dinosaur heard small clicking, a raptor of sorts she guessed, and stalked after it. she wanted to see what it was doing in her territory. the only one allowed here so far was delcianna, the small dilophosaurus that came around, bringing her pre. because she was a leader. taller than the t-rex. much taller than most of them. strong, too. she could swim perfectly, as well as quick on land.

Nova snapped her head up. Something was wrong. She shifted her weight as she tried to figure out what was making her so on edge. Keeping the feeling in the back of her mind, she continued stalking her prey.

she smirked and licked her lips quietly. she bent down, her spine touching the tips of the highest tree branches. she took a step closer, her eyes locked on the raptor. she took another step, careful not to step on anything noisy.

It was luck, pure luck, that made her turn her head. The second she did, she saw the looming figure of the spinosaurus. Realizing that she was about to be made into another dinosaur’s dinner, she jumped, hoping to catch the Spinosaurus off guard before darting off to hide in the brush with a squealing roar of surprise.

she was caught off guard for a second, before heading after, her tail whipping behind her. "where are ya, ya little raptor?" she hissed under her breath, before scenting the raptor out. her feet thundered quietly as they hit the ground beneath her, and her eyes searched the ground. she watched for moving leaves, abnormal movements, and any clue as to where it was.

Nova stayed dead still, waiting . . . As soon as the Spinosaurus got close enough, she sprang, aiming to jump right in top of the big Dino’s head, claws aiming for the eyes. “Not expecting this, were ya?” She hisses. As said as the spinosaurus reacts to her attack she makes a run for it, attempting to put as much distance between her and the big predator as possible.

she hissed and rushed after, blood dripping from her head after the 'surprise' attack. she smirked seeing a way to corner the raptor into a corner, and rushed after the raptor, trying to get her trapped into the edge of the lake, next to the cliff. not hearing the voice of delcianna next to her.

Nova ran fast as she could. She was smaller and faster, and knew she had the advantage as long as she was in an area where she could maneuver faster than the spinosaurus. As a result, she arrived between the cliff and the water before the spinosaurus did. Looking up, she realized there were small ledges leading up the cliff face. They were far apart, but then, she was a great jumper. Springing upwards, she landed on the first ledge, steadied herself, then kept going.
