It's the essence of Clan life, and try as Grousestar might, there's just no escaping it. He hoped by waiting to see how the Dusk Syndicate would act in the moons to come, they would grow more civilized under their new leadership. This passive action following their last several run ins merely resulted in the Dusk Syndicate being more cocky, and now, much to his dismay, they're out for blood.

Under the impression SkyClan is weaker than their fellow Clans, an increase in border skirmishes has sprung up. His warriors are dying, left mangled at the edge of SkyClan territory, and Grousestar is running out of options. An attempt to compromise with Halite has been met with rejection.. and Grousestar is left with a drastic decision. One that would potentially change his Clan forever.

The only way to protect his Clan from this threat would be to attack it at the source. The Dusk Syndicate needs to be taught a lesson.

As you can see, we're working towards a major plot between SkyClan and the Dusk Syndicate. With previous interactions in the past, they haven't gotten off on the right foot, and tensions between them are growing.

In order to be able to launch this however, we need people to roleplay the patrols. There will be three of them; all fairly small, to try to keep the plot moving. If you are selected, you will be expected to actively post when it is your turn. Failing to do so will result in the plot moving on without you.

You do not need to have a pre-existing character for this plot. You may make a new one.

The roles we need are listed below:

First Skirmish:
SkyClan Cat (warrior)
SkyClan Cat (warrior)
SkyClan Cat (warrior or apprentice)
Dusk Syndicate Cat (fighter)
Dusk Syndicate Cat (fighter or hunter)
Dusk Syndicate Cat (fighter, hunter, or a trainee)

This patrol begins on March 25th, and must conclude on March 28th.

Second Skirmish:

SkyClan Cat (warrior)
SkyClan Cat (warrior or apprentice)
Dusk Syndicate Cat (fighter)
Dusk Syndicate Cat (fighter or hunter)

This patrol begins on March 30th, and must conclude on April 2nd.

Third Skirmish:

SkyClan Cat (warrior or apprentice)

Dusk Syndicate Cat (fighter or hunter)

This patrol begins on April 4th, and must conclude on April 7th.

Casualties are welcomed! At least one cat per SkyClan patrol needs to survive so they can report back to Grousestar, but other than that it's fair game. Please indicate whether you want your character to live or die in the 'Other' section of your form.
