Mutation: Grey cat ears and tail. He can also grow claws and has slightly better, and catty, reflexes (i.e. jumping higher and being a little faster)

So he has cat based mutations? You might wanna hive him some stuff to help in combat, like claws, agility, reflexes. Mutants don't get guns, they rely on their abilities, if you don't, that's fine, but just a suggestion. Accepted!
