Marblepaw yawned, her tail swaying behind her. She entered the camp as cold Leaf-Bare winds hit her in the face as she spat some fur out of her mouth. Her sister, Cinderpaw laughed and nuzzled her face. "Silly" the older apprentice chuckled. Marblepaw rolled her eyes, walking to the fresh kill pile. She saw Cloudbillow and Inkstep sharing a vole, choosing a squirrel herself. The pile was stacked high with multiple types of prey, good enough for the majority of Leaf-Bare. Marblepaw was glad, her warrior ceremony would be any day now, after Covestar and Lynxscar were recovered from a sickness that spread through camp. Coonstripe told her both felt somewhat better, so it had to be sometime soon. Cinderpaw, who was 13 moons, would've been one had it not been for her sprained paw. It was still injured, but not as badly, so Marblepaw figured she'd also be made one soon. Taking a bite of her fresh kill, Marblepaw smiled. Everything was perfect today.

Last chapter for tonight.
Covestar coughed, standing to her paws a bit weakly. Her head pounded as she groaned lowly. Some herbs from Coonstripe would give her enough energy to preform a few ceremonies. Struggling down the slope of her den and into the warm, herb-smelling den. Coonstripe was always prepared was the lesson Covestar had to learn. Speckledpaw raced out of the den, placing a couple herbs onto the ground. "Borage Leaves for fever, Tansy for cough, Chamomile for strength, and i'll give you some Honey for your throat." Speckledpaw rambled. Covestar nodded, swallowing the things she listed. Covestar climbed slowly onto the Caverock, calling a meeting. "All cats of CavernClan gather below the Caverock for a meeting!" She called, watching the cats gather below the dark silver, glittering stone.

Clearing her throat, she saw Marblepaw rush over, Cinderpaw slower. "I, Covestar, leader of CavernClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn.
Cinderpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do!" Proclaimed Cinderpaw.
"Then by the powers of PeakClan, I give you your warrior name. Cinderpaw, from this moment you will be known as Cinderfall. StarClan honors your loyalty and dedication, and we welcome you as a full warrior of CavernClan." She finished the first ceremony, her tail lashing as her throat began to ache again. The Clan called Cinderfall's name before she turned to Marblepaw.

"I, Covestar, leader of CavernClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn.
Marblepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do!" Squeaked Marblepaw.
"Then by the powers of PeakClan, I give you your warrior name. Marblepaw, from this moment you will be known as Marbleswirl. StarClan honors your kindness and enthusiasm, and we welcome you as a full warrior of CavernClan." She finished, coughing slightly. The Clan cheered the new warriors name as Marbleswirl grinned. She lay her head on the shoulder of each molly as they did their part.

Marbleswirl and Cinderfall stretched their aching limbs, Cinderfall's jaws gaping in a yawn as she glanced around the warriors den. The two left the new den, eyes wide. "Marbleswirl!" Pumpkinkit squealed, the warrior turned to the tortoiseshell kit. "Play with me?" She asked, eyes big and shiny. Flashing Cinderfall an apologetic glance, she walked after Pumpkinkit. Cinderfall sighed, deciding to hunt with her newfound freedom.

Cold air was the first thing the gray spotted warrior felt and smelled, along with mouse. She crouched, sneaking up on the splotch of grayish fur. Cinderfall kept still, waiting for the correct moment to pounce. She pounced, landing on and pressing her paw down hard on the creature. It died quickly, and she took it back to camp.
