Speckledpaw trotted up to caveclaw, if they wanted to be a lionheart, they needed to learn from the lionhearts. Plain an simple!

Speckledpaw shook off his thoughts, trotting up to Caveclaw, his ears perked."C-caveclaw.. can you t-train me..?" He asked, the speech impediment was still there, but he was going to do this.

Should be simple.
She's done it plenty lately.

"Sure, what do you want to learn?" They answered.

Then, they led the way out of camp.
As she walked, she eventually found a good clearing to practice in.

Speckledpaw looked around, ears perked as his nose twitched, looking around. The wiry tom, smiled at Caveclaw, ears perked. "Let's do this!"

Well, she was going to ask him the usual kind of question she asks.

"What do you know about reflexes and agility?" They questioned.

"Reflexes are how quickly you respond to something, like an attack- and agility is like balancing, or movement."

Speckledpaw nodded, his eyes blazing with something fierce. Ever since the whole Frostdawn incident, he wanted to do anything a lionheart could do.

"Alright, good." Caveclaw replied "We'll start simple."
She's never taught specifically just reflexes and agility, usually combat comes with that.
But, she can figure it out.

After she thought for a moment, she came up with the first part.
"First, I'm just going to run at you," they explained "And you're going to try to jump out of the way. Let me know when you're ready."

Speckledpaw nodded, brows knitting as he readiedhimself, muscles tensing and olive green eyes sharp.

"I'm ready!"

They nodded, the anxious uncertainty of a lionheart barreling into them made them a bit apprehensive.

Obviously, Caveclaw wasn't going to charge full-force at an apprentice.
It was fine if Speckledpaw thought she was, though, then they'd likely move out of the way quicker.

After the apprentice said they were ready, Caveclaw had moved away enough so that there would be room to run in the first place.
And as soon as there was, she did exactly that.
She didn't run at Speckledpaw full speed, or full force.

But, it could definitely appear that way.
