The Den of Anubis (Open)

Anubis was a thin but very tall fellow. his short fur was jet black and sleek. his eyes a Golden Yellow. He walked with grace and Took Pride on Keeping His Cave Home Clean.

Anubis lived in a Cave at the Base of a Small Mountain, riddled with old Mineshafts long forgotten by the Twolegs. his Family had Lived in this Cave for the last five generations.

The Cave was Worn from Time, but Massive and Cozy. Pockets in the Cave Walls served for spots for him to stash his massive collection of seashells, pretty rocks, dead beetles and feathers and More. the back of the cave had a small pool of water, by which his Nest was Placed. He often lined his nest with cardinal feathers, as he was found of that color: RED!

But one could also tell that Anubis was a fan of the Color red from the Fact that he Decorated his Pelt with Cardinal Feathers. He Loved to Stuff 'Decorations' from his collections into his pelt as 'fashion' statements.

though the ocassional Beetle was Involved, since he often collected Live beetles in his Caves. Beetles, such fasinating little things... and Mushroom! so interesting!
