The yelling of Nectar flame bounced through his ears and shook his body to his core. Maplekit never experienced meeting because kits were never invited to come, plus his mother used to keep him inside with his sibling. Wait his siblings where was Pondkit? He hadn't seen her since they came out of the nursery.

He looked back at Skyshard with fear brimming his eyes. All he wanted was to be back in the nursery with his sister in their mother's embrace. "Are meetings always loud and scary?" In the corner of his eyes he caught a warrior carrying kits out of the camp. He didn't understand what was going on, only they did bad things. Were the kits bad? "Is Nectarflame going to kick me out too?" he pointed at the warrior as he slipped out of the entrance. He wanted to crawl back into the nursery and hide from all the chaos that was unfolding in front of him. Maplekit could feel tears brimming the edge of his eyes as he laid down into a loaf trying to tune out the unpleasant noises.

Clearlight watched from the sidelines as everything around her fell into absolute chaos. Cats were screaming at one another, cats were dancing and prancing and chanting, everything was happening that she could possibly think of that wasn't order and peace. Cats were also being...dragged out. For going missing. While Clearlight was quite a new addition to the clan, she didn't quite know what to think of that. Yes, those cats had gone missing, and that was a horrendous thing to do. But still...Clearlight shook her head, clearing her thoughts away.

She wasn't a warrior, she was still a queen, after all her kits hadn't become apprentices yet, but she could offer some sort of assistance to the escorting of cats. Clearlight approached Cindersky and Shinningskies, who both seemed to head this whole operation. "If there is any way I could be of assistance in escorting the cats out, I'd be happy to help." Clearlight meowed quietly. If not, she'd get out of the way.

Shock filled his mind as Nectarflame started. However, as she continued her tirade he sat back. He had obviously judged the molly too soon. She wasn’t just up there to complain. She was taking action. Actions that should have been taken by Dogbark. He didn’t like the idea of any cat just jumping up on to the thunderwillow and taking power whenever they wanted it. However, this was a much need exception. Thunderclan desperately needed action. Even he could acknowledge that lazy as he was.

He turned his gaze to the cats who were leaving. Debating about whether or not he would help. It seems like they have enough cats. I don’t want to get under paw. He turned his attention back to the thunderwillow. There were…a lot of mixed reactions. A lot of charged emotions about this. He again doubted the decision to let kits join the meeting. It was just causing unneeded stress for them. The cat sitting next to him muttered something to himself and drew Mallardstep’s attention.

“Well I wouldn’t want to make her leader just yet, but maybe this will be a wake up call for Dogbark.” Mallardstep meowed thinking aloud. His voice and expression were calm. His clan was raging with emotion right now. He suppressed his own. He didn’t want them getting in the way and clouding his judgment. No cat deserved to be leader just because they made one bold move. No matter how helpful.

“Wh-why are all those cats being forced out!” He squeaked holding in tears. He had heard the part about them not showing up. He supposed that was really bad. But that was all it took for some cat to be kicked out! That sounded horrible. That wouldn’t happen to him would it? Or worse to Mallowkit or Elmkit. He shivered as he thought of Ridgeclaw’s story. He shrank down not wanting to draw one of the mean warriors’ wrath. Why was everything suddenly so scary! And big! He was supposed to be five moons old. He bit his bottom lip. What was happening to his home?

He felt his brother press up against him. He desperately wished he could reassure him, but…he just couldn’t. That made him a terrible brother he knew it! But he couldn’t think of anything to say. He rapped his tail around Mallowkit. What’s going on! Why were we called out too! I want to go back to the nursery! I-I want my parents! He shivered uncontrollably, but not from leaf bare’s cold.

Blackjaw sat, his mouth open wide, his eyes filled with shock. He curled his tail around his kits slowly. Who does Nectarflame think they are? The leader? Who appointed her!? A scowl on his face could be seen easily. Sure, Dogbark hadn't been the best, but Nectarflame has no right to do that, by the will of Starclan!


His claws scraped into the dirt, as he tried hold his tongue, he didn't need trouble. His ears pinned back he shouted, "Who gave you this authority?" Blackjaw growled, mabye he missed something he thought, but he wasn't going to just let whatever this was just happen.

Sharpkit froze. He looked at Blackjaw. "Did I do something wrong?" he crouched low to the ground, shuddering with fear.

He didn’t even know what to do, he wasn’t exactly the type who knows how to be comforting, no therapist-like attributes laid in this cat. Tearing his gaze away from the Thunderwillow felt like his eyes were superglued to it, it was just so intriguing and angering to see cat after cat be banished from Thunderclan. It just plain sucked, watching people be sworn off by a powerful cat, and for good reason, but still. They deserve a chance. Trying to reassure the kit and be a comforting type of cat, he placed his fluffy tail upon Maplekit’s back, a warm smile creasing his dark muzzle as he glanced down at the kit. “No, this meeting’s just really special, a new time is starting now.” He mewed, as if telling himself and the kit next to him. “They won’t kick you out if I have a say in it, but m sure they won’t. Don’t worry,” the tom assured the kit, his gaze shifting to Nectarflame as she banished kits. What kind of monster banishes kits from the safety of their own clan? This is their home, and they don’t stand a chance out there, and this kit’s sure to be the best little one I’ve ever met, Nectarflames a whopping fool to think that this one here should leave, she better not be thinking of calling him out.

And just like that. The world around her came crashing down, falling like an enormous tree slamming into her. Graysquirrel. Larkfrost. But... but... ¨NO!¨ She yowled at Nectarflame. ¨NO! DON´T DO THIS!!¨ She screamed, clinging to her mother´s leg. What if they never came back? What would happen then? ¨Stay, Mommy. Mommy please don´t leave. You can´t go. You CAN´T¨ She was sobbing now. Why did she even bother coming back? This place was so angry... She looked to Mistpaw.

¨Mistpaw, don´t let her go. Mistpaw, do something!¨ Why would Nectarflame do this?! She was making things bad again, and they just started to get good for her!

Bumblepaw was exhausted. He’d been walking for what felt like forever and the stupid collar had long started to rub uncomfortably around his throat. And suddenly something felt just… not RIGHT, but he couldn’t tell what it was, and somehow that bothered him more. Maybe it was just the weird empty feeling that came with not being around Cinderpaw (which was equally as stupid, by the way, but it was the only explanation that he could come up with and so he was sticking with it).

As he neared the ThunderClan camp, he could hear shouting - already not a good sign, so great, that was wonderful, he was returning in the midst of chaos. Why were those cats leaving? He paused, blinking at them from his spot in the undergrowth. When they were out of sight, he flicked his tail and slipped through the camp’s entrance.

…ohhh-kay. What. In the world was going on here??? Confusion flooded his gaze as he studied the state of the clearing, and then peered up at the Thunderwillow. Why was Nectarflame up there? He saw Dogbark, but no Aspenstar. Where was she? Why did Nectarflame look very much like a leader who was beyond being beyond pissed off?

He glanced over his shoulder, in the direction of the cats who had just left, before looking back toward Nectarflame, and swallowed, suddenly hyper-aware of the bright pink collar-and shiny golden bell hanging around his neck. ”Um, okay, so. I was trapped in Twolegplace for a while, but I tried to come back and I sat by the border for like ages but no one showed up so I figured I could just show myself to camp but uh do you want me to come back later?? Because I can definitely do that because you look like you have your paws full and, uh… yeah, I can just…”

He trailed off as he took a wary step backwards, toward the camp entrance, wavering between wanting to stay and go, because ThunderClan and Cinderpaw but also… lots of chaos and one very angry maybe-leader.
