Im taking you up on the leaders den rp and I’m really sorry I’m posting this as you literally just replied- I know it’s the worst timing- You can just wait to reply to this when you reply to others next-
Heartkit
:Small,Fluffy,Golden Cat with Grey Scarred Paws,Grey Paws:
:Any Pronouns Including Neos:
Hail padded into the bengals den. It’s mind was wondering these days and needed someone to talk too or be given something to do,not just playing in the nursery all day. Heartkit spoke a bit quiet because leaders and deputies are freaking scary! They ruled the clans and even in the warrior code they were above it! “Leaders Word is law” the words struck a cord in Heartkit? Even since it was against the warrior code to be half blooded that hadn’t stopped Her father from having kits with an outsider and just dropping them off in Thunderclan and dying in battle.
“Cinderstar? Ma’am? I have a question to ask you if you aren’t too busy with uh leader things-… I want to know your thoughts on half-clan cats-” the question was one on their mind for a while- what if Cinderstar made a rule to exile him and his siblings? It felt bad…being half clan cat. Heartkit knew what his father did was wrong and went against the warrior code but could Cinderstar or Sparrow flight exile her? In the warrior code it said that “ No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if that kit is from a different Clan.” so would Heartkit being exiled break that rule.
Heartkit wanted to scream! Scream to get an answer from her! But they didn’t,Fae kept glowself under control,Heartkit swiftly wiped the forming tears in faes eyes. Star felt terrible,How were hails clan mates? What did they thinks about there being half calm kits? Did they think He was a traitor? A disgusting joke of a future-warrior? She needed answers, and now.
The golden cat sniffed slightly as the sun poured into the leaders den. If Cinderstar were to come out right now Heartkit would see the bengals real form as she was just a speck in the den to him.
Cinderstar
From where she sat just before her nest, Cinderstar was working on fixing a little part of it. Some of the moss had begun to get too padded down, and after another attempt to spruce it up the leader resigned to the fact that it might be time to clear it out. Still, parts of it had the scent of her mate, so disposing of the next, while silly since she'd see her mate soon, felt a little difficult.
Despite this dilemma, she quickly turned her attention as a soft voice alerted her to a visitor. A smile drew itself upon her face as Cinderstar recognized Heartkit. "Hello, Heartkit," she greeted warmly as she settled down in a half-seated, half-lying position so that she was more eye level with the youngster. Her ears swiveled forward in an attempt to take in whatever question she had.
Oh? Concerned pooled in the depths of her blue gaze as she reached out a slender paw, and offer of comfort to the kit. She recalled a time when half-Clan relationships had been much more frowned upon than they were now. As a warrior she had never really had to worry much about her stance on them, but as ThunderClan's leader the silver bengal supposed she'd need to consider it.
"First off," she replied, keeping her tone gentle and soft as she left her slender paw in an aim to wipe some of the tears from Heartkit's face, "I hope you know there is nothing to be scared of. Despite your heritage, you are ThunderClan born, and as far as I'm concerned, will one day make a remarkable ThunderClan warrior." Kits could not be blamed for the mistakes their parents made, Cinderstar knew that better than anyone. "Second, while it is against the code, I do know that love is quite a powerful emotion, and it can at times become more important than the vows we take as warriors." She recalled her own love for Nectarflame, and how it was perhaps not understood by others - which was perfectly alright with her.
With a quiet sigh, Cinderstar withdrew her paw and placed it back onto the ground. "Half-Clan cats, just like any other cat, have no control over their birth, their heritage. Therefore, I do not believe they should be treated any differently. A cats loyalty comes from the decisions they make for their Clan, not the circumstances of their birth."

"Good morning Cinderstar! What can I do for you?" she replied, dipping her head in greeting and returning the smile as she approached. "You have impeccable timing, I was about to run back off into the woods; hunting is a much better pastime than being stuck in a nest."
Giving a small chuckle, Sparrowflight glanced about before returning her gaze to the grey bengal in front of her. Had she forgotten any duties? Oh stars, she had meant to speak with Cinderstar about the cats skipping patrol. Perhaps that's what this was about.
Cinderstar
Taking note of the rather chonky birds that her deputy had just deposited, a rather pleased purr came from Cinderstar. She was glad to see that cats were going out and doing hunting outside of the patrols being sent out. Stepping up and doing their duty as a Clan would be what revived ThunderClan and held them back up to the flames of the other Clans.
"Good morning Sparrowflight! I am glad to see you are doing better," she agreed with a chuckle of her own, indicating to the deputy's paw pads with a flick of her own paw. With a nod of her head she signaled for Sparrowflight to follow her into the den. It was still rather barren, save for the two nests close together near the back and the daisies that Roosterflame had brought her. Their petals were beginning to wither away, but she didn't have the heart to toss them out quite yet.
Taking a seat as she turned to look back at her deputy, Cinderstar nodded. "I wanted to speak to you about a few things; the first being about our patrols. Hunting should be bountiful in greenleaf, and yet our prey pile remains small. In addition to the patrols you already send out, what do you think about having one or two extra hunting patrols to take advantage of the warm weather?"

Cinderstar
Lifting her head from where she had just finished grooming a patch of fur, Cinderstar blinked as Pineleap stepped into the den followed by Songblossom. She had been meaning to speak to the former warrior about why she thought it a good idea to send an apprentice into the territory alone, so this worked out perfectly.
"Of course, come in." Sitting up straighter, she nodded to both warriors. "I have actually been meaning to talk with you, Pineleap. I was wondering if you could explain why you sent Bluepaw out into the territory alone?" There was no accusation or hostility in her tone, though disappointment was written clearly over her face.

Flamekit awoke on the sixth sunrise. Her confinement was over! Opening her jaws in a yawn, the kit blinked her eyes open and her stomach began to grumble. She was to be six moons soon, but she’ll have to be an apprentice at 6 1/2 moons due to her punishment from Cinderstar. The kit looked over at Quailfur as she struggled to itch and heard her stomach grumble. Perhaps, if the queen wanted, Flamekit could itch her spot and bring her some food. With a stretch, Flamekit got up and pranced over to Quailfur happily.
“Morning, Quailfur!” She purred. “Need any help? I can go out of the nursery now, so if you need me to go to the clearing, I can!”
Quailfur perked her ears to Flamekits greeting. Seeing the she-kit prance over to her, she slightly smiled.
" That’s great that you’re able to help me. Well then.. could you help me scratch behind my left ear for me? And fetch a mouse for me from the prey-pile if you could! "
She mewed, lowering her head onto her paws, laying her ears flat so that Flamekit would be able to do her demands much more smoother. Wrapping her tail around her hind.

“Oh, sure!” Flamekit longed to help a clanmate, and since she couldn’t have her ceremony just yet, she figured she’d prove she had learned her lesson in sneaking out of camp and disobeying direct orders from her peers. The kit unsheathed her claws from one of her forepaws and lightly scratched for fear of accidentally hurting the queen. “Is that better?”

Curlpaw shook her head "That was the last time YOU saw us." Robinflight hasn't taught me anything since."
Cinderstar
Confusion settled in as she picked up a little bit of... something from the young cat, but dismissed it quickly. "...Because as I and I am sure your mentor noticed, you disappeared right after. Now please, if you continue to lie about why you left the Clan to wander through the territory it will only continue to dig your hole." Her gaze turned from soft to stern as she continued to watch the she-cat. She liked to think of herself as a pretty lenient leader, but lying was something she had always particularly disliked.

~Gingerspot~
Gingerspot bowed her head as well to Cinderstar "well just like my sister here, mine was abit diffrent, i also wanted to help replenish the food just to be helpful abit. but i hunted to far away and got lost i started walking back but then i got chased by a fox then and that sent me farther away from here then i started again ban and it took awhile but i finally made it those birds out there tho are mean the stole the fish i had" she said huffing abit thinking of what happen on her way back
Cinderstar
It was easy to distinguish the scent of lies when one had been alive as long as Cinderstar had. She narrowed her blue eyes towards Moonstep, her stub of a tail flicking side to side. There was no inkling of an idea as to the food excuse - their pile had been pretty well stocked during the times both of them had gone missing - and getting lost as full grown warriors was despicable at best.
"So you mean to tell me," Cinderstar began after they had both finished their stories, "that two full grown warriors who are perfectly capable of hunting for their Clan got lost?" Blue gaze shifting to Moonstep, there was a hint if disbelief. "And I am not sure what kind of cats you take ThunderClan for, but the territory was patrolled and the camp has been watched over. You did not fall asleep anywhere near the camp, let alone the nursery."
Cinderstar fell silent to allow her thoughts to sink into the cats before her. How did full grown cats, full grown warriors at that, get lost in their own territory? It made no sense, and something in her gut felt off about this - starting with how they had just padded back into camp expecting all to be forgiven. "One of the lessons that ThunderClan cats must undergo when becoming a warrior," she added, "is tree climbing. During your fox chase, did it not occur you to utilize this specific skillset?"

Ooookaaayyyy. No one yet. That was fine. Completely fine. She'd just... Sit. And wait. Patiently. When suddenly. Fur prickling up just as her one ear, just as was going to allow herself to sit, Flamepaw heard a voice calling her name. It took a bit of digging and actually seeing to molly before she realised: "Cin-Cindersky!"
With a squeaky voice the apprentice exclaimed. But what else did she expect? Her fur fell back flat and any tension from her shoulders dropped. And her head dropped further, as if trying to fold in on herself upon the inevitable question of her absence. Flamepaw tried to pull a smile, but that really just ended in an awkward expression of shame.
"um.. Well-- do you-- um..Do you know where Buckstar is..?"
She questioned instead, yellow eyes turning back to look at Cinderstar. Yet only a few moments were needed for her to realise. He probably wasn't leader anymore, was he? It'd be on point with ThunderClan's leader record. Any signs of an awkward smile fell from her face. Had death taken him? She shook the idea off. No no, no getting ahead. "Ooorr... Is it no longer Buckstar..?"
That... Well then. She shuffled her front paws a moment before taking a deep breath. No point in stalling, might as well explain where she had been. "Um.. So.. Where I was.. Well.. I don't- I'm not.. sure where to start, but.."
She took a deep breath. Better get it over with. "Well.. It was. I think... My first.. Or no, second gathering. But I hadn't been shown the territory yet -- it is important to the explanation. You.. You see, I um- I'm not exactly sure what happened, it... It's blurry. Very blurry. But I guess I couldn't keep up and got lost..? Ei-either way, I didn't know where anyone was and-and I was really tired so eventually I fell asleep right, but I - I had this dream. Nightmare. ThunderClan.. was up in flames again. Everyone was burning and screaming and dying and I got scared. I thought.. I thought it was real - you know, that.. There was no ThunderClan anymore. That it was some sort of sign, so.. So I left? I-I guess I was too afraid to return to my home burned down and everyone dead so.. So yeah. I.. ended up with some twoleg that had a lot of cats. A bunch of them were... Weird. Just lay around, stunk, doing nothing.. I-I spend a lot time outside, behind the fence because of that. Or I guess that's not really important to what happened.. So-sorry, I..I get nervous. um- Well... Basically, I started feeling guilty. Very very very guilty. For not even checking, you know? And.. When at some point this cat came by and, and I spoke to them. They helped me realise I should go back. E-even if everything was burned down and dead and no one alive anymore and I was alone, even if it had been so long I should go back and check -- and, and I did. It wasn't immediate, but.. But I managed to leave and.. And I am here. Now, I am here. And.. And you are here. I.. Sorry. I should have checked in the first place.
I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry. Please forgive me, e-even if I'm not allowed back, please. I know it was stupid, I've- I've learned my lesson so please, please please. I'm sorry."
Shutting her eyes she lowered her head, ears flat against her head. She didn't dare look now - not after such a ramble, not after admitting her shameful act.
Cinderstar
Her warrior name - it didn't shock her since the young cat before her had no way of knowing any recent events. The question about Buckstar only solidified that, and she softened her gaze. "Much has happened since you were last with us. Buckstar died, and ThunderClan went through a pawful of leaders and deputies, with the latest being myself. I'm Cinderstar now." Just as always, a little prickle of guilt trapped itself in her heart at the small lie. Sure, she was ThunderClan's leader - but it was only in rank and name. "He was sent back, however, and has returned to us as Buckbranch." Hopefully that piece of news would soften the blow of his descent from leadership.
If one thing was clear from the apprentices' ramble, it was that she was genuine in her apology. Most cats weren't, and offered their 'sorries' as a way to win favor back into the Clan. Flamepaw had nothing else to gain her but acceptance back into her home, and with the turmoil that ThunderClan had faced for as long as she could remember, faulting her for mistakes made by warriors would be highly unfair.
Stepping forward Cinderstar attempted to touch her nose to the young cat's ear in a show of comfort. "It's alright, Flamepaw. There is no need to apologize. For many moons, the warriors of ThunderClan let fall their duties, and it is not your fault that your training slipped as a result." With things how they were now, Cinderstar knew it was unlikely to happen again.
"Luckily, fire has seen fit to stay far away from our Clan, and much has changed." She smiled, taking a seat as if to show Flamepaw that it was alright to relax a little. "Apprentice training is our Clans priority, and now if your mentor is unable to provide you the necessary tools we have warriors who are ready to step up to assist." A bit of pride in speaking of such things. With a flash of her blue gaze, she tipped her head to the side a bit. "We all make mistakes, though I am quite positive having to endure not knowing the fate of your Clanmates has been punishment enough for your absence."
Emberkit's legs moved at a speed she thought they couldn't go as the ThunderClan kit ran back to camp. She had ran off to chase a butterfly and had gotten lost for a moon or two. I'm going to be in so much trouble! Fear shot through the kit's yellow eyes as she ran. Then, Emberkit ran snake into another cat. She gasped, getting shot back a few pawsteps. She lifted her little head. It was Cinderstar. The little kit gulped, sinking close to the ground, trembling in fear. "H-h-hi, Ci-Ci-Ci-Cinderstar-r..." She mewed, her voice breaking apart as Emberkit covered her face with her front paws, afraid of what was gonna happen to her.
Cinderstar
Having been pacing outside of the camp's entrance, Cinderstar scented the young kit before her presence broke through the undergrowth. Her gaze snapped over to take in the trembling form of Emberkit. Almost instantly her heart softened and she crouched down, a gentle smile unfolding on her face to encourage the young kit. "Emberkit, where have you been? We have all been worried sick!"

Pine’leap flattened her ears in embarrassment. “Er… I thought she was hunting with her mentor and came back here to drop of prey.” Pine’leap scuffed her paws in the dirt, ashamed. She looked down, avoiding Cinderstar’s gaze.
“We’re also here to request name changes!” Songblossom piped up.

Emberkit sank even deeper, still scared as she uncovered her eyes to look at the ThunderClan leader. "I-I-I was c-ch-chasing a butterf-f-f-fly... A-and... G-g-got a little too-o-o carr-ried aw-way?" The young kit hid her face in the dirt, starting to cry. "Am I in trouble?" She sobbed, her fur filthy.
“Of course!” Vinekit meowed, rolling the mossball over to swankit
Once the mossball rolled over to her, Swankit batted at it around the nursery for a minute, before rolling it back to Vinekit. Her worry was starting to fade, as she felt more at ease.
