"CrowKit's getting his mentor and becoming an apprentice" She meowed, licking pelt. It looked golden in the sunlight, shining and gleaming from the sunlight and its recent grooming.

Her sleeping state was gone, by the news her sister had given her that Crowkit was becoming an apprentice. His face lit up with happiness for him.

"That's great!"

She didn't know why she or Lavenderkit didn't become an apprentice with Crowkit, but she was happier for her brother than heeding those thoughts.

"I can't wait for our time to become apprentices like Crwokit. I'm sure he can teach us some of what he learns before our ceremony arrives."

While that she was looking for Crowkit to congratulate him after everything was over, since he hadn't been able to go before because he was sleeping in the nursery.

Petalbee purred in return, "that felt nice, I can actually feel the heat that was trapped under that matting escape, thank you!" The Molly was ecstatic over this. She shook her head no and mewed, "It didn't feel like a bunch of fur was pulled out, and it's so thick if anything was gone it wouldn't be noticable anyway."

Petalbee flopped onto her side and looked up, "they are, I wonder if we'd be able to pick out any shapes?" Rolling slightly so she was also on her back she stretched out her paws as if reaching for the sky.

"I think that one looks like... a tree!" She mewed, pointing to a large cloud with her forepaw.

Petalbee twisted her head to look at it the same way as Berryspot and smiled "it does!" Then looked to a different one and said "doesn't that kinda look like a kit who is reaching for a mossball?" It was a bit far fetched but if she twisted her head and squinted she could see it.

Berryspot giggled. "The clouds today are challenges, that's all!" She mewed. The molly turned her head to give Petalbee's ear a lick.
