What's happening? Where am I? Ciara couldn't escape her head. She had no idea what had happened or if she was alive or if Zero was ok or if Ciara herself was even ok. The soft hum of lights and machines and the beep-beep of a heart monitor told the girl that she was most likely alive and in a hospital. Then, she heard a voice. "C-Ciara...?" It was soft, so quiet Ciara wasn't sure she had heard anything. But I did. It must be Zero. Zero's by my side. Wake up, Ciara! She clawed her way up to feel the cold air on her skin. So close! Ciara closed her eyes and focused on waking up. Soon, at last, Ciara's eyelids started fluttering slightly, and she let out a low groan, eyes opening slightly, tears forming in them due to pain. Yes! I'm awake! But wait! Why am I falling asleep again? Stay awake! I can't move. Ciara's eyes shut again, and she was thrown back down. "No!" She yelled into the empty void of her mind. "I just want to wake up! Why?" She started to cry. "Zero..." She whispered quietly. In the real world, Ciara had whispered Zero's name.

Zero's eyes lit up hopefully when Ciara opened her eyes slightly. But then she started to slip away again. "C-ciara!" She cried out, grabbing her friend's hand. She gasped when Ciara whispered her name. "Ciara, Ciara it's m-me...! I-it's Zero!" The demon managed to choke out, her eyes filling with tears. "It's me..."

The tears broke free from Zero's eyes as she felt Ciara's grip loosen. "C-ciara p-please...! Y-y-you c-can't leave m-me...!" She whispered between sobs. The poor demon started to sob even more when she noticed on the heart monitor that Ciara's heartbeat had become unsteady. "P-please...!"

-- Ciara's unsteady heart sent an alert to doctors who came almost right away. They shooed Zero out of the room to bring Ciara out of her state. That same nurse who treated Zero like a real person was nearby, looking at a medical book, not noticing what was happening, or she did notice but is pretending she doesn't. The doctors are scared of Zero, and pretty much push her out quickly while wearing gloves and shut the door and even locked it for extra protection. It was at that moment the nurse saw and waved at Zero. "Hey! Come over here!" She called. --

Zero threw the nurse's hand off of her. "No! No i can't be a good demon! And even if i did change by some MIRACLE, who would believe me!?" She snapped. "Always guilty until proven innocent!"

a dark mysterious girl BURST into the hospital door she had red hair with black horns, a tail, and wings. she made sure Zero was ok and turned around to the nurse and said "dont mess with her or you'll be messin' with me!"
