Nerves tingling, the lanky cat paced in front of the apprentice den. Normally he would've taken the liberty in sleeping the rest of the day away, but the ever present nagging at his brain made it nigh impossible. The itch deep in his skull was the result of not getting enough violence and attention. Normally he would've tormented the kits in the nursery, but his sister was sleeping peacefully after a long day of keeping tabs on her unruly brats, so he figured she didn't need the extra noise. This turn of events had left him in the turmoil he now floundered in. So what to do? Who was there to bother? Hmmm... He could follow around Hazel'paw?? She was kinda pretty... But she also really annoying- besides the hag was most likely hanging around stupid 'Golden'paw', and that moron was the last cat he wanted to see. How about Bumble'star? Eh... No, she would probably feed him to her dumb orphan child, Wolf'kit. UGH! Who else was there....? Yellow eyes roving the clearing, he felt it screech to a halt as he found a suitable victim.... Flight'paw...
Feeling a smirk crack across his maw, Crackle'paw turned to survey the molly who sat all alone. She looked bored sitting there, so why not give her some of his attention? Heh heh... This would be fun. Not even caring to hide the malicious look on his face, he approached the cat. Closing the space between them, the off-white apprentice stood to his full height and looked down at the other. Clearing his throat he simply made himself known "Hello there!" Nothing else needed to be said... So now it was time to wait for her response.
Munching away and surveying the camp with a bored stare, Flightpaw was too zoned out to notice the sound of paws nearing her. It wasn't until a figure stood directly in front of her, his shadow cast over, that she turned to register the newcomers presence. He had a look that screamed 'trouble' and the way words rolled off his tongue made the young apprentice believe that he must be up to no good. Or maybe she was all wrong about it. Either way it created a break in the tedious boredom she felt, and at that she grinned.
"Hello yourself," she retorted with an amused roll of her eyes before taking another bite of her vole. Her tail flicked back and forth on the ground where it laid beside her, one ear twitching to shoo away a bothersome gnat that had started to buzz a little too close. Swallowing her bite, Flightpaw returned her green eyes to the tom, not at all bothered by the devilish look he sported. "Did you need something?" Flat, blunt, to the point. It was obvious he had come over here for some reason or another.
SpookGaze
Morning rises as SpookGaze stretches' and prepares for a long productive day. An early morning hunt would be great for loosening up his tense muscles from the grogginess. He lets out a gruff yawn and trots over to the edge of camp to start his day with a good wash of his fur. The abnormal scars across his body making it feel weird as he grooms.

Today Mudhound was becoming a mud-cat.
Weeeell that wasnt entirely true, they were more like a dirt-cat right now, and was actively fumigating the clearing with their nonsense as their pelt steadily became a more monochrome brown.
It wasnt even hard to accomplish, the tripod had just got to digging in a corner creating a lovely little ditch of loose dirt and started rolling in it like a happy hog. Heheheheh hog-dog-cat. And yeah, sure it was creating a verifyable cloud sure to send anyone in proximity into a sneezing fit but wasnt that worth it to let Mudhound not have to go to the medicine cat for what they were pretty sure was a growing flea issue? Yes. Yes it was. The dirt was sure to kill the fleas like it'd done in the past, the maine coon mix was no longer itchy, and the medicine cats were not distracted. Win Win Win with a liiiitle bit of asthma and dust.
So thats what Mudhound was doing when Mistheart approached, rolling with happy grunts only to blink, flipped upside-down, at the other warrior when she spoke. Still though, they didnt seem that upset by here ask, tail starting to thump against the ground as they grinned back at the molly. Couldnt help it, as soon as someone else smiled Mudhound couldnt help but beam back.
"So do you want me to help dig up the old stuff or find something new? Im good at digging! And trying to discover new stuff sounds fun to! I'd be happy to help!"
~Mistheart~
Oh, thank the stars.
The worries about simply being dismissed by her clanmate were quick to melt away as Mudhound paused his odd dirt... rolling... thing, and beamed back at her request with an enthusiastic response.
"I uh--- I'd like to find some new things I think," she started, words picking up speed as she delved into her special interest. "Maybe--OH maybe we could go to the cove? Find some shells a-and maybe we can sniff out some abandoned nests for new feathers! I love finding fluffy down for nests, it's so nice to sleep on, and blue feathers are my favorite to---"
A sudden series of sneezes interrupted her words, and the small grey molly ended up sneezing herself back onto her haunches before attempting to blink herself back into the present with a slightly embarrassed chuckle.
"I'm--oh I'm sorry. Do you uh... Want to groom before we go out, or are you... Ok like that?"
Tilting her head curiously at the dust coating their pelt, Mistheart scrambled back to her feet with a quick shake of her head. She didn't mind having bits of debris in her pelt while she was hunting for treasures or cleaning up Willow's Rose, but to intentionally fill your pelt with dirt... She had a few questions.
Firestream ran into camp before stopping and panting heavily "Someone please help me I have been attacked!" she yowled loudly panic in her dark blue gaze and her fur bristling with fright she couldn't wait to tell her clan how that awful Shadowclan cat had injured her "That fox-heart will regret wounding me!" she thought angrily about how the other cat had sliced her ear which was now bleeding "heavily".
(OPEN:Oh dear it seems Thunderclan's own drama queen has gotten into a fight)
Alderstep had been busy trying not to die of the greenleaf heat, cursing the sky for not having any clouds in it. Sometimes, it was really nice out but now was not the time. Now was the time for -
Apparently, it was time to deal with a wailing cat. Alderstep approached Firestream, regarding her dubiously. She had a torn ear, but no other injuries, it seemed. "You sure you didn't stumble into some brambles," he sarcastically answered. Probably not the best way to handle this, because Firestream looked pretty panicked but whatever. Sighing heavily, Alderstep asked in a more serious tone, "Who attacked you? Where? Details, gimme details." Never mind about it being afternoon, it was way too early for this. Ugh. So much work.

Firestream frowned grumpily at Alderstep's joke "I think I'd know if a cat attacked me" she said annoyed before shaking her head and answering his other questions "Well I was just minding my own business taking a walk when a accidently came near Herondive hollow I was about to walk away when a Shadowclan cat started insulting me and threatening me" she said "sadly" "I was going to leave when they attacked me! I managed to claw their pelt and run away but not before they did this to my ear!" she cried dramatically pointing a claw to her sliced ear "Oh and there was also this weird kittypet who was telling us to stop or something" she added much less dramatically "So what should we do about this? You can't just let that awful Shadowclan cat get away with injuring me!" she cried loudly.
Oh, great. She'd gone to the border (bad as it was, it's better than some cat invading their territory). "Right, so, to get this clear: you went to the border, interacted with a Shadowcat, and also a kittypet, and got attacked," he reiterated. Alderstep's whiskers twitched, his annoyance growing. It was so lovely, just knowing that ShadowClan was stirring up trouble, as usual. He couldn't even be surprised, though he was thoroughly disappointed that trouble couldn't stay back for at least one moon.
"What do you want me to do? Round up some cats, lead them to the Hollow, and yowl until the same cat comes back so we can jump him?" Alderstep rolled his eyes, changing subject. "You should go see Drizzlecloud for your ear," he advised dryly. "I'll talk to Bumblestar about this." He didn't voice his suspicion that Firestream had started the conflict. Just 'cause she was dramatic didn't mean she'd be dumb enough to aggravate some cat at the border, right? Maybe Alderstep was putting too much faith in his clanmates.
// @The Doctor @valery - just ignore red, she's just here to make a bad situation worse
Cracklepaw's DNA was pulsing strong today, as Redkit flung herself out of the nursery, clearly awake. She had been awake for hours, but still felt the need to speak up. "EXCUSE ME I'M TRYING TO SLEEP MA'AM! She howled from the nursery, and decided to take it a step forward and skipped forward. "Me and my Uncle Crackles will go take care of the meanie if you just stop yelling. Being hurt is a MINDSET just stop being hurt. Easy!" Redkit had never personally been hurt, but she assumed it was something like being sad. Just... stop it. Simple.
Sharpclaw
ThunderClan | Warrior | He/Him | 12 moons a sandy tom with light brown stripes, white spotting, and orange eyes
Sharpclaw growled from the shady spot he was napping in. Those flea-bags had better shut up less they get a pelt-full of claws from him. He grunted before settling back to sleep. He had half a mind to return to the warriors' den but didn't like the idea of sleeping so close to the other cats. Plus, it'd probably be just as noisy in there as out here.
