Ripplepelt observed as Charredpaw dropped into a hunting crouch, taking note of his technique. Since she was taking over his training from another warrior, she wanted to make sure she didn't either skip over anything he hadn't learned or tread over too much familiar ground.
"Nice catch," she mewed approvingly at the mouse hanging out of his mouth. "You were very quick while catching that mouse, but remember to stay downwind when you're catching prey with a good sense of smell like rabbits." She tilted her head. "Have you caught any birds before?"
"I've tried to but they keep flying away when I get too close.." Charredpaw looked a tiny bit embarrassed.

Oh... he just wanted to take her out so she could relax some? The sentiment was... well, it was nice to hear, really, but there was no stopping her from feeling the constant stress that seemed to have seeped into her very blood stream, soaked into the marrow of her bones and made a home there.
"Oh... thank you," and Lark couldn't keep the shy gratitude out of her voice no matter how hard she tried. "No, no, we can stay!" Guilt flared in her gut at realizing she might have been the cause for the warrior next to her to have doubts. 'Stupid, stupid Lark,' she silently cursed at herself. "It's lucky the water here never freezes or gets all that cold," Lark said, trying to force the conversation to continue as the spring came into view. Trotting ahead, she stopped briefly by the bank and looked back to Beanfloat, eyes searching him for ulterior motives to bringing her out, but she found none and that, at the very least, relaxed her a little. With a small flick of her ear, trying to rid any of the remaining doubts from her mind, Lark slipped into the water, gratefully feeling the warmth envelope her.
For a moment longer than necessary, she stayed submerged. It was peaceful down here, she could hear nothing, the world was muffled and still. She wanted it to be like this all the time. But that wasn't how things worked, so she resurfaced again and shot a smile to Beanfloat.

Beanfloat smiled as the leader trotted forwards and went into the springs. He let out a happy smile as Larkstar came back up and smiled at him. He trotted over and put a paw into the springs and let a soft purr. "isn't it great to act like apprentices again?" he smiled towards Larkstar with his paw still in the water. Flicking some water towards her nose. Laughing he admired his leader on how much fun she is to be with as friends of course. Its so great that she can get some free time to herself. Being leader must be hard he thought to himself before looking back up at Larkstar again noticing that she was a bit more peaceful he knew you can never get ride of all stress but he knew a couple things that helps him get relaxed and this was one of them. Maybe if Larkstar ever needs to get tout again she can always come to me and I can show her other ways to relax.

Ripplepelt's whiskers twitched in amusement. "The trick is to leap up after them. If you can damage their wing on the first pounce, it makes it easier to catch them since they won't be able to fly away. Birds also have good hearing, so you need to put extra effort into quiet steps while hunting them."
She pricked her ears, listening for bird song. "I'd like to see you have a go at catching one - that way, I can give you some pointers."
Ripplepelt caught the scent of a thrush, but didn't point it out, wanting to see if Charredpaw would pick it up. "Can you smell any more prey around?" she asked.

While trotting through the forest, Springmoss was looking at the beauty of the scene. Trying to enjoy all of it before leafbare was over. Not looking where she was going, she had accidentally tripped over one of her fellow clanmates.”Oh, sorry. I wasn’t looking ahead and fell overtop of you, my bad. My name’s Springmoss and you are?” Hoping to that the other cat would take the apology, the she-cat had made an attempt to start over with them.

Firetail was exploring again until a cat toppled over him, making him fall. He flattened his one good ear as he stood up, the scarred tom looked at spring moss a pretty she-cat. Normally he would growl, hiss and snarl but he held it in and sighed"It's fine, your not the first to bump into me or the last" he replied trying to keep his cool in. The one eye tom with scarred body and missing a leg purred as he spoke again"Names Firetail I'm new to the clan, nice to meet you Springmoss" he kindly spoke.

Hearing that the tom cat was new, Springmoss took a good look at the cat named Firetail. She saw his scars, reminding her of the scar on the left side of her muzzle. Remembering that they were with a cat, she said” Oh well since you’re new here how about I show you around. We have some beautiful spots where I’d like to show you. Unless you’ve already had a tour that is.” Springmoss let out a sigh hoping that she could befriend another cat, especially since she didn’t really have many other friends. “I tend to talk a lot, am I talking a lot?” The she cat also hoped that they wouldn’t embarrass themselves by talking so much and asking Firetail if he already had a tour yet.

Firetail looked at the dhe-cat with sparkles, they were so pretty, seeing the warrior look at him, he curled his scarred tail. The scarred tom twitched his nose as he felt like he had butterflies, her shrugged"I've just been walking around, exploring the territory's, I would love to have a tour, beautiful..." he perked at what he said and quickly thought of a word"I-I meani would love to have a tour springmoss!" he quickly spoke with embarrassment, his checks red hot as he chuckled nervously."n-no your not talking to much I enjoy it hon-" he quickly covered his mouth, his cheeks even hotter red with embarrassment,*You stick brain! You suck at love! Just keep your damn mouth shut!* he growled in his head.

Firetail gulped as Springmoss spoke, when she said handsome and brushed past him, he turned even more red as if he was on fire, he turned his head to see Springmoss looking at him with shining eyes. The tom flicked his scarred tail side to side fast, the molly was so pretty and beautiful it was too much that he fell unconscious for a few moments.

As Springmoss looked back at the Tom, she realized that he had fainted. She rushed over to support him with herself, so that way he wouldn’t fall onto the hard ground. She began to get worried and meowed out an “Firetail are you okay?” The she-cat began was worried about him so, she decided to drag him to the nearest stream running by which was luckily close enough. Springmoss gathered a paw full of cold water and splashed it on the tom cat’s face. Hoping that he would regain consciousness. If that didn’t work the only other method that she could think of was something that made her face get red just thinking about…
