Yes i understand. But the thing that from my perspective happend was that Thistelkit was not ready and Flamekit suprised hitted him in the eye without the Claws unsheated, but if you still insist we can pretend that Thistelkit overreacted.
Unless there was genuine aggression behind the attack / Flamekit was intentionally trying to remove Thistlekit's eye, at two moons during playfight, I don't believe blinding would have been possible, no. You are free to blind your kitten in other ways, however! A few possibilities off the top of my head would be early cataracts (albeit rare in kittens that young), head trauma or perhaps optic nerve disease. Or you can wait until your character is a little older, and have him go blind via injury then / during training, when cat claws are a bit more adept at piercing through skin and fur. Let me know what you'd like to do!

Other: I am not opposed if you guys want Sleepy + Silent to practices a sort of amputation on the tip of his tail? Up to y'all but could be because it was ripped off that the very end is crooked or peaking bone that's a risk for further infections and they can yeet it. He'd still have like 1/3 of his tail left though :P

Go ahead and post a starter! I'd be open to having them try to amputate the tail tip; since Sleepy hasn't ever done an amputation before, she will likely ask first / weigh the pros and cons with Sly, but hey, she'll have to amputate something eventually. Best to start small. Though, she might have to send out a quick supply patrol before they can start amputating.
