A young teenage girl sat in the garden with her head down. Her chest heaved and her shoulders moved in a irregular pattern. Her brown hair covered her face so you could not it. Her fingers were fumbling with something shiny. A ring. A beautiful, diamond ring. It was simple and elegant. And it belonged to the girl. Loralie brushed the hair out of her face so you could see the tears running down her face. Her silver eyes with filled with tears, each one dropping to the stone pathway beneath her feet. The girl enclosed the ring in her hands and brought it close to her heart. "Cullen..." she muttered. Suddenly, a twig snapped. Loralie's bolted to her feet and looked around. "Who-who's there?" she called out.

Peter looked at Sakura with an adorable, yet sad expression, his eyes slightly red from crying. His wings drooped a bit and he pouted, while Binx rested on his shoulder.

Wild sighed. They were ignoring her once again. She walked away, only to step on a twig. Hearing the girl's voice, she jumped. "Meep!"

Loralie squinted in the direction of the sound and tilted her head. As she did, her chocolate hair fell over her shoulder. "Hello?" she called out. The ghost fumbled with the ring in her left hand. "Who is there?" she called again, "Come out where I can see you." The girl stepped forward and looked quizzically at spot the voice had come from.

The teenager took a step back as the cat hybrid came into view. She had never seen anyone like that. The ears and tail threw her off. Loralie realized she was staring and remembered her manners.
