Name: Dawnstrike
Age: 7 moons
Gender: she-cat

Clan: ThunderClan
Rank: warrior

Description: Dawnstrike was the runt of the nursery, the only one born in an older queens last litter, being significantly smaller than her other kits in her nursery. She thought she would get bigger like everyone else did but, even as an apprentice she is tiny, with a small build and a slim frame. Her fur is short making her look even slimmer. Dark grey dapple and fade into her silver-white coat, often shining in the sunlight, making it harder to hunt. Her eyes are the most brilliant shade of pale blue- green, bright and dazzling, captivating those around her. and her whiskers are extra long. She is often only worried about her size, not realizing that she is quick and smart, a positive trait to have in hunting and in battle despite her light coat.

Description Summary: Small, short furred, silver she cat with light blue-green eyes and grey markings shading her body

Personality: Dawnstrike is an insecure she-cat on the inside, but doesn't let that show. Growing up as the smallest in her litter, no one wanted to play with her, afraid she would be to small to handle it. This caused her to grow up in mostly solidarity. Now as an apprentice her insecurities tend to get to her, making her doubt her abilities to be part of the clan. She doesn't show this of course. Instead she puts her heart into everything she does, trying her best to be the most helpful and friendly cat she can be. She is quite the beautiful cat but takes no notice this. She is often too busy running around volunteering for things that she seldom has time to make sure her pelt is pristine. It is often sticking out in clumps or covered in dust. She is organised and calm, always thinking about the things happening around her, but follows her emotions more than logic. She doesn't exactly love small talk, as not everyone gets her sarcastic or dry humor so most of the time she just tries to be polite. She is opinionated and will stand up for her beliefs or speak her mind when she needs to.

History: Dawnstrike was the product of a queen who was most likely too old to even have kits. The queen was just as surprised as the rest of the clan, and dawnstrike barley survived. She was the only one in the litter, and was the tiniest kit the clan had ever seen. She tried to play with the other kits in her nursery but no one wanted to play with her, as she was too small. She often got disheartened by this, but didn't let it get her too down. She played with her mother, and when her mother wasn't around she found other ways, and games, to occupy herself. She played moss ball by herself, and chased stray feathers throughout the camp. Dawnstrike was a quiet kit, and often enjoyed just laying in the sun or curiously peeking into the medicine cat den to see all of the herbs. Other cats found this weird but dawnstrike was content. Now as an apprentice she hopes to do something good for the clan, and be useful. she volunteers for everything she can, like getting moss or checking the elders for ticks. anything to sit and hear stories from the elders.

RP Example: Icicles hung from the branches, twinkling in the soft morning sunlight. Slow, cold drops of water dripped from the leafless branches of the beech trees onto the soggy ground, half covered with water snow, the other half mud and molded leaves. Dawnstrike slunk through the muck, stopping ever so often to shake the thick mud from her paws. Her fur was sodden with morning dew and melting trees. She silently cursed at her overzealous attitude to hunt this morning. No wonder the other apprentices had kept their mouths shut. She lifted her head to scent the air, the cold tang of winter and the musk of dead plants hit her. Even though she could smell no prey, she pricked her ears, sure she could hear the sound of small scuffling paws under the dead and crumbling bracken. She moved upwind and scented the air again, confirming what her ears had heard. A mouse digging around under the fronds searching for food, unaware of dawnstrike's presence. She made her way into a hunters crouch, making sure to focus on her form. She inched her way forward, forgetting to tuck in her tail. Her tail swished against the ground moving leaves and alerting the mouse. The mouse took off, running away from dawnstrike's position. With a determined yowl she took off after it, not focusing on her surroundings, only on the mouse ahead of her. One moment she was running towards a mouse, the other she was crashing into a tree, falling back into the mud and leaves. She shook her head in pain and anger as the mouse slipped away. She got up, unsteady on her paws, wobbling a bit before finally steadying herself once again. Dawnstrike took a moment to clean her muddy fur, then got back onto her paws. She was slightly less determined this time, but padded away into the half frozen forest in search of more prey for her clan.

Other: Dawnstrike is tiny and not very strong, making her easy to overpower in any sort of fight. While she could use her swiftness and smarts to outsmart her opponent, her doubts about her fighting and hunting skills often make her hesitate which leads to her opponent winning or her prey to scurry away. She tends to lead with her heart and what she thinks is morally best instead of being cold or calculating.
