Elderpaw nods to Batglare as he stalks off, then glances at the kit, who seemed to think that the job was done. She narrows her eyes at him. This was the same one who was present for all that trouble the other day. Why was he even out here now? Regardless, she sighs and approaches him with a wave of her tail. "You shouldn't be out of the nursery," she reprimands him kindly. "You're brave, but we don't ask for kits to be brave. Thanks for offering to help, though." She had no idea where he pulled that moss out of or how it was wet, but to each their own she supposed. With her paws, she begins to scrape dry, sun-baked sand over the messy, blood-drenched sand. Hopefully that would also help it to clump and dry. Then, it'd be a breeze to sweep away. And with the next fall of rain... All would be forgotten. Elderpaw shudders as she moves.

Asterpaw grunted as a paw jabbed him in the ribs and his head shot up. He managed to scrabble out of his nest and out of the den, on Boulderclaw's tail. "What kind of training?" he grunted, blinking sleep out of his eyes. "Come on, man, you can't just smack me in the side and drag me out of the den, what the hell?"

Boulderclaw glared at asterpaw and yanked his tail out from underneath Asterpaw's paws, "Battle training. We need to toughen you up a bit" he snorted, eyeing his apprentices form. He had a bit of muscle, sure, but compared to some other apprentices he was a bit scrawny. Though, granted, it was probably due to the lack of training on his part.

Asterpaw narrowed his eyes back, jaw moving as if he was contemplating snapping back. Then he shrugged and looked away. "I'm cool with that," he said. "FINALLY have the chance to show off what I learned in the D- in SkyClan." He fell back on his rump and lifted a hind foot to scratch at his ear.

His clanmates faces flashed in his head. A voice poped into his head: "You can get the revenge on them. They diddnt care they never cared. Boulderclaw quirked an eyebrow at the white tom, 'was he about to say dark forest? I'm going to have to look into this more' he thought, his fur starting to bristle a bit, though it was mostly unnoticeable. "Okay then. Let's get going now, if you're so keen to show me what you know" he said. He started to walk towards the camp entrance and pushed through the brambles.

Puddlepaw looked up at the sound of a familiar voice sweeping through the air. Oh no. He'd been waiting for someone he knew to come in, but now that he thought about it, he wasn't sure if he wanted it to be Dawnpaw. He didn't want to let her see him like... like this. "Yeah, I'm fine... just uhhh... tired?" Despite his best efforts to suck up the shock and put on a smile, he could still hear the quake and falter in his own voice as he spoke. How... how are you?"

Patchkit yawned and got up. Wow is it late? I'm going to see what's happening in camp.
