It felt like the two of them were completely along in the clearing. Time seemed to slow down as he was next to her. He rested his head against hers for a few moments longer before pulling back a bit. Although it wasn't his brightest move he was prepared for what to say next. "So what do you wanna do now?" He mewed softly making sure she was able to see what he was saying.

Cedarleaf felt so, so happy. She couldn't remember a single time she'd felt this happy, actually. Her feelings for Sunripple only got stronger when he told her he felt the same thing she felt, and she truly knew what the definition of love was now. She looked at Sunripple when he pulled back a little, but she didn't feel any hurt, like she would've expected. Just understanding. She watched him speak, then answered, "Is doing this forever an option?" she asked, even though it was impossible to do so. But she'd be fine with it if it wasn't impossible.
Forestpaw let out a small gasp. Glidingfeather was stepping down? Why? Fearful that Thunderclan would go without a deputy for a period Forestpaw didn’t like this new change. Her thoughts however changed at the deputy-former deputy’s words and Buckstars. Glidingfeather stepping down. New deputy. Eveningmist. New apprentices. The meeting was going a little to fast for the already burdened and tired apprentice so after a moment she just let out a sigh and decided to just go with the flow.
He smiled, letting out a bit of a chuckle. "How about we go get some food." Sunripple mewed. He wasn't that hungry but it might be a nice chance for them to talk and catch up a bit. They had some conversations since the fox attack but not many. He moved to her side and turned towards the prey pile.

Bluekit padded back to the warrior and sat down. "I never got what your name was. Maybe you can try again to tell me?" Bluekit mewed.

Hm on closer examination it was normal, guess Gravehound had been out of the nursery so long he forgot how short kit legs were and he was normal. Nodding unsurely the fluffy warrior raised his paws to try and sign his name, he knew it was a complex name so the kit might not get it or get something similar or different but he had to try.
'Grave' on toe held up for the first half a paw with claws out hovering in there but mimed as a slash to the throat before pretending to drop digging at the dirt. 'Hound' the warrior rolled to his paw and dropped into a play bow like a dog and wagged his tail. Those signs coupled with him mouthing the words gave hope that the kit might understand him.

Badgerleaf was surprised. "Wow, that's a lot of new apprentices!" She commented, flicking her tail. She noticed his ears perking up and was glad, even if she didn't know why he was doing it.
Cedarleaf smiled, too. Eating sounded good, because she was hungry. She nodded and rose to her paws, waiting for Sunripple for a moment before padding somewhat slowly to the pile of prey. She looked around for a moment, watching cats move around and do ordinary things. It was just a normal day for them, she realized, no matter how special it was to her. Every one of her normal days could be a very special day to others. She'd never thought of it like that. @rosetherosey
He padded over to the prey pile next to Cedarleaf. His limp had been getting better, and that was a good thing. Sunripple grabbed a vole, his favorite food. Then be stepped aside so Cedarleaf could grab something.

Bluekit tilted his head in confusion but then his eyes brightened in understanding and happiness. "Your name's Gravehound?" He mewed excitedly.
"Jaykit, Fizzlekit, Applekit, Tinykit, and Frostkit. You five have reached the age required to become an apprentice, and are ready to begin your training."
"Jaykit, from this moment forward, until you receive your warrior name, you will be called Rainingpaw. I made you a promise a while back, and I intend to make good on it." Buckstar grinned down at the tom. "I will be your mentor."
"Frostkit [ @Panda1440 ], from this moment forward, until you receive your warrior name, you will be called Iciclepaw. Your mentor will be Darkfire [ @Paradise ]."
"Fizzlekit [ @Angelique ], from this moment forward, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Fizzlepaw. Sunchaser [ @spade ] will be your mentor."
"Applekit [ @spade ], from this moment forward, until you recieve your warrior name, you will be known as Applepaw. Your mentor will be Falconglare [ @ghostwriter ]."
"And, finally, Tinykit [ @Cobra ]. Until you receive your warrior name, you will be called Tinypaw. Gravehound [ @Rani ] will be your mentor."
He would allow the pairs a bit of time to find each other before he moved on.
