She chuckled to herself, life sure got harder after her ceremony.

Dawnkit, who was chasing a feather, didn't notice the she-cat right in her path. She leaped and tumbled into Turtlebreeze.

"I'm back!" exclaimed Ebonyfrost, almost flipping in the air with happiness. "And look what I caught!" she proudly showed everyone her squirrel. "You won't believe it! I didn't catch anything at first, and then I saw a vole! A delicious vole! But I ran toward it and it got afraid and ran away. See? Here's proof! I got scratched! And then BOOM! I saw a squirrel! It was so distracted at picking at a dumb nut, it didn't even notice me! And now look! I caught it!" she babbled, proud of herself. "Now eat!"

Ebonyfrost just had noticed Leafshred wasn't here. Worrying, she called for him. No answer. Then, from far away, she heard barking and yowling. A fight. A fight she had to join. She hurriedly put the dead squirrel down, and ran toward the yowling.
