Coldamber hummed to herself, giving Silverpaw another once over.
"Keep off your shoulder as much as you can for a few days. Don't itch it, or you'll risk reinjuring yourself and if it starts burning or smelling, come back to me."
She was just a bit tired of cats letting infection fester before finally coming back to see her, so now they couldn't say they weren't warned.

Toadpaw let out a snort giving his head a shake and sending the rest of the dirt flying. “You crazy cat! You’ll have to teach me that sometime” he jeered returning his brothers affectionate bump by just clipping his shoulder with his chin. It was impressive! The whole den was caved... it was an incredible feat of strength! Though that hole was going to be an issue. Not that he would think of that now, he wasn’t going to be a Deadpaw anytime soon.

“He’s just goofin!” the calico slid across the den towards deadpaw taking stance by her side, allowing his brother and Badgerpaw to be begin the excavation efforts to free what he assumed was Mudpaw. “Maybe twilight will finally give us a bigger den- I think I’m outgrowin it!”

For a moment the chubby apprentice examined the digging and gentle shifting of Mudpaw. “Move aside! Let me handle this!” with that he marched forward triumphantly and plunged his head into the hole. He found Mudpaws scruff- or what he hoped was his scruff and latched on. Once secure he began to yank, using his logs of legs to drag half yank the poor apprentice free of his dirt prison before dropping him onto solid ground.

“Look at that! Fresh as a daisy!”

Rowankit looked around, his eyes wide with wonder. This was his first time out of the nursery, and it was so cool! There were so many cats around! Wow... and the sky was pretty, too! And the clouds looked weird. The little tom began walking while staring at the sky, not realizing it until he bumped into another cat. "Ow-!"

Spruceflight padded out of the nursery, hoping his kits would be following. He thought it would be a good idea to have them out of the nursery and outside. It was awful to be cooped up in the den. They needed to get out more. The transgender tom looked at them. "You guys stay where I can see you.", he meowed. Spruceflight gave them a fatherly smile. He loved each and every one of them. They were his babies.

Before either cat can respond again, she steps in again, moving foward to treat Wolffang as she spoke.
"Twilightstar.... remember when I said I needed to speak to you? Well, what I have to say cannot wait. I apologize for my lack of manners, but I feel it's important to speak now."
She trusted that Wolffang wouldn't snitch. He seemed trustworthy enough.
"It seems we have a rat in our midst.... quite literally."
She applied the marigold to the warrior's wounds carefully before leaning away to grab some of the cobwebs to make the poultice stick to him and stay in place.
"A warrior by the name of Ratrush, when we were coming up with a plan to rescue you.... she had been among the numbers, but she broke away from us with a number of others, but it was Ratrush overheard telling Dawnstar of the meeting, and of our rescue attempts. Such disloyalty to the Clan must not be allowed to remain. Exile her or execute her, but she cannot stay."
Her tail lashed as she thought about it.
If they exiled her, they risked the little heathen running to ShadowClan and risked her spilling more secrets.
"Whatever you do, make that choice and remove her before you make a choice about whether or not we're staying here. With ShadowClan knowing the location of our camp, it is foolish to remain for long. We need to move, and soon, before they can mount a counter raid."

Done with treating Wolffang, she turned to Twilightstar.
"Any open wounds? Broken bones?"
There wasn't much she could do for old, healing wounds except monitor them for sign of infection and give her direction in how to care for it.

Coldamber's mouth gaped in her unconscious state, as if trying to speak, but only came out in a garbled sound, the sound of it being hellishly close to a death rattle, moaning in pain and paws twitching, trying in vain to react.

Tawnykit walked around the nursery, clearly bored. Why couldn't other kits just play with her? Tail drooping, she wondered if she should get something from the fresh-kill pile and share it with the other kits. But why, if they didn't want to play with her? Tawnykit quietly shuffled her paws on the ground, deep in thought. Maybe she could go to the elders den? But that was no fun without anyone accompanying her. She slowly looked around, finding a nice sized mossball to play with. It was still wet, but oh well, Tawnykit did not care. She carefully nudged the wet mossball with her nose, and found it wasn't that cold. Tawnykit slowly pushed a little, white paw forward, and hit the mossball with it. The mossball rolled forward in a straight line. She followed it, tail wagging in excitement. Tawnykit carefully pushed it forward again, this time sending it flying into her nest mixed of moss and feathers. She put the mossball aside and curled up in her nest, watching the events pass by. "I want to play, too" she muttered to herself. Maybe she should just be brave and ask? No, Tawnykit decided, shaking her head. They could cone to her, but she would not come to them. She padded to the nursery entrance. Should she get some fresh-kill? Yes, Tawnykit thought. She was really hungry, and could do with a piece of prey. She padded out, first checking that the mossball was still safely contained in her nest.

Oh, so that what had rattled him. Twilightstar relaxed a little now knowing what had gotten his tail in a twist. It was just a lack of communication or a proper detailed explanation on her part. "I wasn't referring to the fight at the Gathering by the lack of a serious brawl. The last time I had to help you was when we're a raid exercise with RiverClan. There wasn't supposed to be any terrible injuries yet some still ended up going to medicine cat's den by the end of it." Twilightstar answered, eye dancing over to Coldamber upon her arrival.

"I didn't mean to offend you, I wasn't thinking of how it might sound to your ears." She mused, pausing scowling softly when Coldamber spoke about speaking to her without prying ears? That couldn't be good. Nothing good often came when cats needed to speak to her alone. Twilightstar shoved her concern aside and focused on something else for the moment. If she got trapped in her head, nothing grand would come from it.

"If you're going to do any extra training, inform me." The lilac returned to speaking to Wolffang. "I need some help with getting back into shape and adjusting to... changes to my body." As soon as she was able, Twilightstar would need to straight running and battle training all over again if she wanted any hope of being able to stand strongly alongside her clanmates. If she tired herself out physically maybe she wouldn't have to worry about the mental or emotional stuff and could actually sleep without waking up in a panic. Her attention fell back to Coldamber as she fell silent once more when she started speaking.

Ratrush? She hasn't heard anything about that cat in some time. However, it was nice to know that WindClan was down one traitor. "Ratrush hasn't been seen in camp for a little while, if it as you've said, it wouldn't be a surprise that she took off after talking to Dawnstar. Still, I'll make sure to inform the clan and have them keep an eye out for her. It would be unwise for her to return." Twilightstar meowed, pleased to have one less problem to deal with.

"Move? You want me to move the clan?" There was a sharp edge in her words that stated her disapproval of the idea. "I'll think about it, but I don't like the idea. I do understand your concern. There have been raids on camps many many moons before, moving every time a camp is found seems prosperous to me. I don't think they'll mount a counter raid, not right this second anyway. I can't say I understand that crazy cat's mind, but Dawnstar's warriors got injured during the fight at the gathering as well. Starting another brawl so soon wouldn't do for either side. Not to mention the fact that if she wanted to raid, it would have made more sense to do it when she still had me." Whether Twilightstar liked to acknowledge it or not, the truth was WindClan would have crumbled underneath a raid from ShadowClan without her. It was difficult to rally a clan without a proper leader or deputy.

"There's nothing open or new, everything just aches at the moment. Can you look at the scratches on the right side of my face, they stink, the eye is gone, I can't tell if I can open the lids or not with the dry blood caked on it. Do you have anything that will at least soothe the scars, the ones on my back and chest feel inflamed and stiff, I haven't moved much with Dawnstar. It feels like they're tears when I do much of anything though I can't find any fresh blood." She explained to the she-cat.

Wildpaw let his nose scrunch up and his one remaining ear flatten as he glared at Lightningpaw. Nothing but pure disappointment in his bi coloured eyes. "Thats just rude..." he grumbled, curling away from Lightningpaw.

Wildpaw turned with a huff, limping out of the graveyard without looking back. "I hope you do run into a coyote one day, Jerk!"

Gulltwist gave a nod as she quickly worked to move her mother onto Crowskip’s back,” Should I run to camp and find Snailswirl? They wouldn’t let Coldamber die because they aren’t the medicine cat anymore right?” she meowed unsure what exactly to do really.
