Gentlefoot realized that was the best apology she'd get, so she said, "Thank you," in a dissatisfied tone. With that she turned away from the apprentice-Whitepaw, right?-and marched into the warriors den.

Ebonypaw turned a little bit to meet her gaze, admittedly a bit suspicious that she was trying to help him. He thought for a moment about her question. "Sure," he finally replied. "I'm Ebonypaw, by the way." Maybe this cat wouldn't be so bad. Maybe she wouldn't be like Burningkit, and wouldn't just want to make fun of him.

Palepaw couldn't help the small grin that made it's way to her face. She remembered bumping into him when they were kits. They never interacted, but the fact she remembered seeing him made her happy.
"I'm Palepaw, I used to be Halfpaw. Not recently enough to remember, but I like bringing it up."
It was true.
As much as she didn't like being named Halfpaw, she liked mentioning that it used to be her name. She wasn't sure why, but it brought a sort of satisfaction to say it.
"And I like your name, by the way. So, what do you do for fun? What do you want to do?"
Or talk about, really, but she didn't feel like only sitting and talking, but if that's what he preferred, she didn't mind just sitting with him and talking with him.

Lionstorm was dozing off near the edge of the clearing, having still not moved into the warriors' den.

Foxblaze smiled a bit breathless still but unharmed, “It’s ok Twig, you did wonderful. While I was out I saw foxes use a move similar to that to get at moles in the ground. It was very cool.” She mewed before giving a lick to the top of his head. “So, how is your training coming along?” She asked eager to hear of his accomplishments. Her heart swelled when she looked at her boy, as how cute was he.

Brighttalon stifled a groan as Whitepaw went immediately to grooming herself. She was so... difficult. Maybe he’d teach her something eventually. Like, care about cats other than yourself. @WinterRabbit5350

Whitepaw was...not grooming herself surprisingly, she was just recovering from nearly going through a long lecture from a warrior by eating some minnow, it wasn't the best, but hey, it was a good way to stress eat and not eat too much.

[Fairytale]

Starlingkit sat just outside of the nursery, his sky-blue eyes taking in all the motion around him. There was so much, and so many cats. He mildly wondered what they were all doing, walking around camp like that. Not enough to ask, though. Well, maybe he’d ask that apprentice in the middle of the clearing. He stood up on his rather long legs for a kit, and made his way over there. “Hello there,” he mewed. @WinterRabbit5350

Twigpaw was glad he hadn't squashed Foxblaze any more than was easily recoverable. A squashed mom was much less fun than a normal mom. He didn't know what to make of the fox comment, he certainly wasn't a fox, so he decided to leave that alone. My training is good I guess. I can hunt and I know some good moves! he added with a purr, his tail swishing happily side to side.

She continued eating her fish, until she heard a mew from a kit, huh, someone wanted to talk to her? Was now really the time after she almost went through a living dark forest of lecturing?! "What do you want kit!?" She said a bit rudely and sassily, but a hint of worry was there.

Foxblaze smiled and wiggles her tail a bit, “Show me.” She asked getting to her paws to properly watch. Oh her two boys were her proudest achievements. There was no other way around it, they were spectacular.
