I know I'm not a staff member or have anything to do with this plot but,
I'm almost certain that this is a activity for RiverClan cats only, that's what I get from reading it. Plus it would be off having all five clans participating in an activity together in RC's territory. With them just getting back and all that's happened. I'd also assume apprentices can catch fish since RC's main prey is fish. You might want to double check with @ Starfall though.
