Foggykit booped Venomkit’s nose and giggled as she listened to her leader. It would be fun to have Venomkit also be able to be an apprentice alongside her.

Venomkit's nose twitched as Foggykit booped it, she stoo there before catching up to Foggykit again. She sat with Foggykit (In the middle?) and listened to what Icestar had to say. "Guess it was a good idea to talk to Icestar after all" she meowed "Hope I become an apprentice today also!"

Croakingpaw in excitement padded to the clan meeting, he was curious to see who the new warriors would be, and his new denmates, ofcourse.

Stemkit padded forward, her pelt neatly cleaned and her head held high, she surely was going to become an apprentice by now, she had caught a toad already, and knew most of the hunting techniques.

Ivy shade hopped down from her tree branch and padded to the highbranch.

Rabbitkit bounced out of his best and hopped to sit near the other kits.

Beastspark swiftly pads over as he hears the leader's summoning. The massive tom takes a seat below her and lifts his ears to listen. It's been a little while since the last meeting, he was sure there would be a lot to hear about.

Dawnstripe padded out of the warriors' den and takes a seat with the rest of the clan to hear of it. She had forgotten to speak to her mother about the Fox problem, she'll get it done after the meeting.

“Ooh, that would be so much fun if you do get an apprenticeship as well! Hmm, I wonder who our mentors would be..” Foggykit thought through the warriors.

"True I haven't really thought about who I want or who I will get for a mentor...I maybe want someone who is a little tough with training just because I'm sometimes I think it'll help, I also want to train hard.." Venomkit started mumbling, making sure she and Foggykit could hear Icestar speak. @Elementals

Magnoliapetal glanced up as the Highbranch as she took her seat, tutting slightly as she noticed Icestar back up on the podium. A shame. Her darling disturbance of a cousin wasn't missed, in the molly's eyes. She sighed, lounging in a shaded patch and beginning to groom her tail. If she were to repair her image, she had to be gorgeous. Well, more gorgeous than usual. The diluted calico feigned mild concern as she swept her eyes across the clearing, searching for Aldertrail. Now where was that mate of hers? Attending meetings alone did not paint the photo of a submissive lady.

Were all kits usually this hyper? Squirrelkit..Milkkit , uh , maybe a few others. Dawnkit , they wasn't sure about. Wasn't sure about Spiritkit either , they didn't talk to them much. Hm , maybe they were just boring? They hated to admit it , but it seemed likely. Magpiekit wasn't the most exciting kit , that was for sure. Always doubting everything and being all 'dont break the rules'. Maybe they should try to be more fun? No , I don't think that'll work out. They decided , mouth forming into a straight line. I'll stay boring and die boring. A bit dramatic , but oh well. Their ears perked at the young kit babbling and asking what a bug was. “Uh , well...” Magpiekit started , watching Milkkit search around for one. They weren't sure how to explain what a bug was. There were all kinda of bugs and they all looked different.

Drawing in a breath , they started to think about the best way to explain what a bug was. Finally coming up with something they thought was good , they spoke up again. “A bug is a creature , like a butterfly if you've ever seen one. From what I've seen there's a lot of different kinds of them and they all look different most of the time. But they have more than two legs and some are very gross looking , or long , or short.” They explained , but figured the kit wouldn't understand either way. “You'll know one when you see one , they don't look like the prey that the warriors hunt.” They sure didn't! Magpie remembered seeing a caterpillar once; long , weird looking. It looked like something that could only be made in dreams , definitely not something like a toast or lizard or anything they had ever seen. “They're usually in the clearing , uh , maybe in the territory? You can't go out in the territory though , against the rules. But sometimes you can find small bugs like ants or beetles in the nursery.”

Milkkit's eyes widened considerably, "weawly?" she exclaimed, "Awre butterfwies pwetty? Because I see pwetty ting behiwnd you!" she giggled, and started to hobble over to the strange flying... thing that was behind Magpiekit. Though, it was just a moth, but it's not like she knew that. It looked quite interesting, to say the least. Sure, it was pretty dull in color- mostly brown and grey- but it was something she hasn't seen before, and she was keen to get a closer look at it. As she stumbled slowly towards it, she kept her eyes glued on the moth, so she wasn't really looking where she was going, and tripped over her own paws. She went crashing into the ground, face first. Glaring at the ground, she stuck her tongue out, "stupwid gwound!" she spat out, pouncing clumsily at a stray pebble that was nearby.
