But when we get to twenty-one, after the person says the number, we all shout, 'Cheers to the governor!' Then, the person who said twenty-one, adds a rule to a number. Like, instead of saying two, make a fart noise. Or, for all sevens, you have to say Luke. And the game ends when every number has a rule!"
