GoldenKit noticed the now SlugPaw smiling at him and a new wave of guilt rushed over him I can’t be jealous of her anymore I’ll have my time. He paused for a moment and then padded towards her. Just because she’s an apprentice doesn’t mean their lives will change that much. It’s really just a name change and a den change.

He nodded to himself. The only big thing is that I’ll be lonely I the nursery with out her and I can just step out to fix that. He paused for a moment taking a deep breath. His tail ruffled in the breeze. Then he put his brightest smile on and stepped toward her to congratulate her.

So Bumblestar decided to bestow upon him another apprentice after all. Staring up at her from his place down below, Acornfall's words nearly go unheard. If not for the uneasy look and the few chuckles of anxious laughter he would not have responded at all. Perhaps it wasn't too late to talk the leader out of this decision. But... The last thing he wanted to do was make his apprentice feel unwanted. Unlike Acornfall the young warrior doesn't move. Just looks around for whoever this Lionpaw was and waits for her to approach him with a nervous look in his eye.

Vinepaw groaned quietly. The apprentice den was DEFINITELY getting full now. She might have to sleep out in the clearing! Vinepaw twitched her ears. "Great. More apprentices." She muttered half to herself, half to whoever was listening.

She bared her teeth and meowed quietly, "Why do you care how nice it is? Look at YOU." She straightened and snarled, "Besides, you're an apprentice, too. Would you rather have commotion in the den or peace and quiet?"

Vinepaw growled. "I do not suck up to the rules!" She snarled. "You asked for it." Vinepaw scoffed and launched herself at Beetlepaw, knocking him to the ground.

Twilightforest heard two Apprentices talking, which turned into growls. He jerked his head up and saw Beetlepaw and Vinepaw fighting. Oh, great starclan, were they dramatic. He ran over and pulled Vinepaw off the other Apprentice. "Starclan, what are you two doing?? You're clanmates, not rouges who got all pissed." He growled,stepping in between the two younger cats.
