Freezingfury let out a rare purr when Primroseadder's muzzle brushed against his shoulder, giving one of her fluffy ears a gentle boop with his nose.

"As good a warrior can be," he answered her question, voice low. "... Tired... And worn out, but I am doing alright. (FORESHADOWING!!!) How are you? Are you feeling any better?" He snuck a glance at the unfamiliar apprentice beside Primroseadder, raising his eyebrows.

"And who might you be?" He asked, expression firm and unmoving, but voice soft with the intent of sounding friendly and welcoming.

It was likely that Sunpaw would be reassigned to another warrior since Primroseadder already had Mosspaw and Flickerpaw to train. But, Sunheart had said he'd try to convince Owlstar into letting Primroseadder take on Sunpaw. ''Sunheart's goin' ta try 'n convince Owlstar ta let me take over Sunny's trainin'.''

Freezingfury let out a huff of amusement and rolled his eyes playfully, a sheepish grin plastered on his face. He leaned over and gave her ear a soft nudge with his nose.

"Only for you, princess," he whispered softly. Straightening up, he turned to the apprentice. Sunpaw, according to Primroseadder. "Hello and nice to meet you, Sunpaw. I am sorry to hear about your mentor's ignorance... I do hope Primroseadder here is treating you right... Training-wise. It is assuring to know apprentices like you are getting reassigned to more capable and diligent warriors."

"But oh, I do not know... Perhaps I am not quite ready for an apprentice just yet... But we will have to see." He murmured, gaze turning skywards.
