Make sure to congratulate Versailles on their promotion from c-mod in training to fully fledged chat moderator! They've worked very hard, and we can't wait to see where they go from here!
Silverleopard’s curled ears flicked, and she bounded over to Acornfall and gave her brother’s ear a swift lick. “Congrats, Acornfall! Bumblestar must have high hopes in you if she feels the need to give you a third apprentice,” She purred. Silverleopard had received Fleapaw last meeting, and she had taken him out for his territory tour as soon as that meeting had ended. She glanced at Mothflame, nodding to her sister, knowing that Mothflame, too, also had a third apprentice now. “You, too, sis. Now I just need two more apprentices to catch up with ya both! Not gonna lie, though, I’m little stressed out, training Spiderthroat’s kit and all. Fleapaw’s a lively one, that’s for sure.”

Speak the devils name and he shall appear. Fleapaw sneaked up from behind and went to pounce Silverleopard's tail. It wasn't about succeeding or not it was about sending a message. And with either result, the message was Fleapaw was annoying.
Silverleopard could hear Fleapaw’s loud pawsteps behind her, and she pulled her tail out of the way before he could pounce on it. “I should really teach you stealth before hunting, shouldn’t I?” the Bengal chuckled softly, turning a firm look on Fleapaw, though her eyes held a hint of affection for the Deputy’s kit. “Nevermind that. Fleapaw, these are my littermates, Acornfall and Mothflame.”
There was a sudden weight pressing into her side, and instinctively her tail flicked to her side, curling around the tiny bundle of messy fur. Green eyes flitted down to look at the young tom, feeling his small body practically vibrating as he began to purr–she couldn’t help but return the sentiment, a soft purr rumbling in her chest.
“Oh, hello darling,” A soft voice of a presence unseen spoke in her ear, and Drizzlecloud’s left ear flicked as she listened. “Surprise indeed–it doesn’t take much to surprise me, sweetie.”
She leaned over him when his attention was elsewhere, giving him a few gentle licks between the ears to tame the unruly kit-fur that he sported. One of her darling kits–although unplanned, Honeykit and the rest of his litter were her babies, and she loved them just as much as her three older sons.
Reassignments and ceremonies she supposed were taking place, but anyone could probably tell that something was amiss. Her eyes watched Bumblestar as she spoke, up until the very point that she practically teetered on the edge up there. A paw lifted to Honeykit, giving him a gentle tap on the nose, to take his attention away from what was happening, perhaps.

He didn't...quite understand what all was happening. But he did know that, other's seemed stressed, worried and anxious. The kitten was worried, for sure, but, than he saw mom! Instinctively he began to proudly strut towards her, a big smile in tow as he had a very long blade of grass clamped between his jaws. Proud. He was.
Upon getting closer to his mother, he spotted another kitten and did nothing more than let out a very cheerful 'owah!' A greeting.

Life is full of detours, and roundabout paths
Live as you wish, go ahead and live.
Life, before you realize it, is like an arrow
Let's set off the fireworks of our lives.
Quackpaw. She was Quackpaw now! Quackpaw Quackpaw Quackpaw! A grin made it's way onto her face as soon she got her new name. And time to get her mento- in which the newly made apprentice felt like her head was hit with a whole camp worth of hard solid rocks when Bumbly still called her Quackkit when assigning her to Brackenclaw but everyone else a 'paw. Boo...that's not fun, Bumbly! How did that happen! And she was just a teeeeeny tiny but disappointed to be assigned by a cat who's been away for three moons just to find the cure buuuut...he did also bring the cure back without going missing like some cat...and she can work around that if the tom doesn't fulfill her. In..some way. The ki- apprentice would just wait for the meeting to end for her to meet the guy, slightly restless. She wants to start now! Start training now! Right now! See the territory! Wait- that muddy? She can't help but be more proud of herself and looked with the bright eyes she's been looking for ever since her sickness worsened; as if forgetting she was originally sick (of course in reality she didn't actually). They must've approved of her and was happy for her! Look at her, made an apprentice after fighting through the plague!
Though...that feeling wouldn't last long as Quackpaw found herself taken aback yet again when Bumbly started becoming less and less stable when the deaths were announced. Her enthusiastic smiled dropped and her expression turned into a more thinking one. She knew what was wrong. Wolfhive. She didn't find herself grieving, Wolfhive died before she knew him well. She spent a lot of her life so far being sick, and seeing the former hornet sick and without him as his full self. Wolfhive died before she got to see who he really was. She just couldn't feel what everyone else feels.
Before the leader could tip and fall entirely Spiderthroat came to her and prevented that. Quackpaw herself had barely gotten back to her seat before it all happened and..the look Muddy had of their face was one that had distrurbed her. This was the same cat that had told her a story about the first meddie cat in the clans (hold on a minute..how did Muddy know that information in the first place?). Eeeeee Okay....she's staying seeted for the rest of the meeting.
Brackenclaw- He/Him, 28 moons old, Thunderclan Hornet. Purrks: Just a Scratch.
Brackenclaw was surprised to be given another Apprentice so soon after returning but still he wasn't going to complain. Brackenclaw would wince as he heard all the deaths he especially knew the one Bumblestar was having issues saying and he couldn't blame her. Wolfhive was her son and Brackenclaw couldn't arrive fast enough to save him. Brackenclaw only briefly knew Wolfhive but Wolfhive was definitely an honorable warrior worthy of Thunderclan and his loss was greatly felt. Brackenclaw wouldn't claim to be grieving the same way anyone close to any of the cats dead were but he did feel sad for their deaths and the pain they caused.
Nughtwhisper looked at the shecat questioningly. "Acornfalls...littermate..." Nightwhisper murmured. Looking to Acornfall whom was basically his brother as well as best friend. He mewed. "You didnt tell me this was your sister"

Acornfall remained where he was, ready to catch Bumblestar if necessary. Still, he purred in greeting to Silverleopard. “I promise it’s not a contest, sis.” He mewed with a chuckle. And while he supposed she had a point, Bumblestar seemed a bit off. So it easily could have been a mistake. But he didn’t want to point that out, afraid that she would take his apprentices away from him, or think he was complaining. He honestly didn’t see too much of Chasmpaw, and Slypaw was so attached to Mothflame now he wasn’t certain that he even wanted to continue training under him. Not that he blamed Slypaw…not after the brown tabby failed him so thoroughly.
He blinked in surprise at Nightwhisper’s question. He hadn’t? Huh. Maybe Briarmask has a point…he really does neglect himself a lot. He didn’t even realize it was to this extent though, where he neglected to tell others who his siblings were. “Oh! Sorry ‘bout that, friend! I guess it never came up.” He mewed with a chuckle. “Silverleopard and Mothflame are my sisters.” Wait…did Nightwhisper know Mothflame was his sister too? Ugh, he couldn’t remember!
His gaze flickered back up to where Bumblestar had wavered, wanting to make sure him and Mothflame were in a good spot to catch her. Just in case.
Silverleopard’s curled ears twitched with mock hurt and indignation. “I can’t believe you forgot about me, Acornfall!” the silver-and-white Bengal teased her brother, brushing her feathery tail across his shoulders. “Lionwish would be proud; he was getting forgetful before he went missing.”
She patted the ground beside her with a white-tipped forepaw, gesturing to Fleapaw to sit beside her. “Sit back and listen. I think there may be more that Bumblestar has to say.”
