Probably had too much food after celebrating our victory.” She murmured, wrapping her tail around Gorsefeather to try and make him seem less frazzled, remarking in her head that he was much more fun to be around when he wasn’t so nervous about something. “Besides, you’re not the only one who’s a bit lonely, I think- Singe and Chill don’t have mates either, y’know- they’re not really good talkers.” She joked, trying to lift his hopes up just a bit. [this is before singe/sorrel become mates] “Hey, you’re really awesome, and we- we’ve taken over the entire clan! Listen, I like you, and a bunch of other cats do too, so don’t forget it, alright?”

Gorsefeather nudged Sorrelskip playfully. She mentioned Chilleap and he tried to hold back a low growl. [gorse doesn't like chill XD] "Yeah, I won't forget it." Gorsefeather jumped up and inhaled deep. He streched his claws out and sighed. "Just a stomachache anyway." He mewed. "Hope it's just that." Gorsefeather smiled and purred. He sat back down and fixed his gaze back on Sorrelskip.

Settling into Singenight’s embrace whole-heartedly, the molly smiled up towards the cat who was her mate, her best friend, and her leader- all at the same time. He was somebody who could do so much, and she was his right-hand cat, ready to do whatever it took to make sure he stayed in charge. “...Do you want to… I don’t know, do something together, before I’m confined to a nest for eternity?” Laughing at her own statement, she directed her gaze up towards Singenight’s, meeting his handsome gaze with her bright-green eyes- she was glad that he was happy about this, and promised herself to try and stifle all these… other feelings, knowing that her first priority would always be him. “You’re the best.” She murmured lovingly, grinning.

Singenight smiled back at her. He gave a slight shrug and replied, "Sure, but we can't take too long. These cats will be wondering what happened to Dapplestar, so I must speak to them soon. Although we should have some time before then." He said gently Singenight was happy, for once. He had found day to day Clan life boring, but maybe what he needed was a friend that would support him. Maybe Sorrelskip had been the change he needed. Or at least, the one who had helped him accomplish the change, which made her a main reason for it. " you know, you don't have to stay in the nursery. There's room in the leaders den for your u, I looked earlier. And besides what would you like to do?

Gorsefeather padded into the small clearing and stretched. His gaze flitted around the clearing, looking for someone to talk to. Singenight and Sorrelskip caught his eye. He scowled and wrinkled his muzzle. Why oh why didn't I admit it to her, before he took her? He remembered Sorrelskip and his talk earlier. A pang of sadness and pure jealousy flooded over him. The calico tom shook his head and looked over to Lilypelt. Maybe I'll be able to talk to her? He padded over to her and sat down beside her. Gorsefeather smiled and purred. "Hi Lilypelt." He meowed.

Singenight leapt onto the Breezerock. The large Savannah tom raised hi half tail over his head and gazed over the Clan. "Let all cats old enough to hunt and gather prey gather beneath the Breezerock!" He called, his voice ringing loud and clear above the small talk in the clearing. The tom was rather excited about this meeting. Sure he had to defeat Dapplestar to get here, but that was the least of his concerns.
Singenight found his gaze and thoughts continuously drifting towards Sorrelskip, the she cat that had stole his heart. Although he tried to push it away and focus on the task at hand. "As many of you know," He began after watching the Clan cats. "Dapplestar has been acting differently lately, one could say. She has been acting secluded and suspicious after the disappearance of Starlingstep. In the fire that has just ravaged our camp," He paused indicating the still burned camp and grass that surrounded them. "it occurred to me what would save the Clan" The rise of Bucknight and Blazingnight inspired me." He went on to elaborate. "What this Clan needs, is Change." He stated blatantly. "And I am here to give it to you."

Sorrelskip's bright green eyes almost seemed to sparkle in a gaze of pride as she watched her mate stride onto the breezerock effortlessly, all her hard work to bring change to this clan finally paying off. Sitting right below the newly-proclaimed leader, she absolutely couldn't wait for the mayhem they had in store for this place, now that Dapplestar was out of the picture. Her calico-designed fur ruffled with excitement as the gave the Savannah Cat an encouraging nod- hoping that he would lead this clan perfectly for their kits, so they'd be raised in a perfect environment. You're doing great! She mouthed, smiling as widely as she could to show the tom that she really did care about both him and his clan. If any cats dissented, anyways, she knew what to do with them- then, no matter if the molly was with kits or not, she'd need to silence them, use 'em as an example. Her tail flicked around expectantly as she scanned the gazes of the others around her, starting to take in a long, sharp breath of nervousness.

Tumbleclaw walked forward, a questioning frown on his face. "And who do you think you are to take the decision? Where's dapplestar?" he asked.

Morningbreeze padded next to the cat and explained to him the situation. "We can't find dapplestar, so he's now in charge apparently." he whispered.

Tumbleclaw stared wide eyed at the breezerock. How would you provide such change? You don't have your nine lives yet Singestar! And what would we need to change anyway? The clan is fine as it is!" he questioned his new leader, a little boldly. He stood a little foward of the crowd of cats in the clearing, making sure the leader would see him as he called to him.

"Yeah- it's pretty amazing that we finally won, y'know?" Sorrelskip smiled in glee, leaning on Gorsefeather's shoulder as she looked out into the sky in happiness- she'd sacrificed so much just to gdt to this moment, and suddenly all her dreams were coming true. She didn't even care about his sudden hostility towards Chilleap, because everything happening right now was just too surreal- it was finally time for the change they needed.

As he padded into the clearing, Gorsefeather smiled and nodded to Singenight. Keep going, you're doing great! He looked around at the gathered cats. A ripple of emotion passed over them as Singenight spoke. I hope no one retaliates. If so, they will have to be dealt with. Gorsefeather sat down and curled his tail around his paws. He then turned his gaze to Singenight.

Kestrelglide had just been visiting Silveroak in the tunnels. He had disguised his sent by rolling around in some ferns he found on his way back. He wasn't aware that there had been a fire in WindClan, he was far too deep in the tunnels but when he was walking back he had certainly smelled the faint smoke in the air. He had immediately walked towards the Breezerock when he saw a cat standing on the Breezerock. A cat that wasn't Dapplestar. Isn't that....Singeflicker?, Kestrelglide thought. He wasn't very familiar with Singeflicker but he had seen the tom enough times to know what he looked like. He's not meant to be there. Where's Dapplestar?, Kestrelglide thought. He listened though, excusing himself past cats, trying to get a spot near the front. Change?, Kestrelglide thought, a small frown on his face.

Lilypelt had already found herself a spot amongst the crowd. She had been looking at Singenight, the cat who she had briefly talked to in the territory before the fire. She thought he was nice, but was she really? When Singenight had talked to her he sounded like a nice cat and she wasn't sure if she should side with him, afterall she was still loyal to Dapplestar and StarClan. Or was she? She turned her attention to a cat that suddenly sat down next to her. Kestrelglide?, she thought. Lilypelt decided if she should tell him what was going on because he looked confused. But she decided to anyway. "Singenight has taken over WindClan and he plans to bring change to WindClan. I'm not sure if it's for the right reasons though", Lilypelt whispered to Kestrelglide.

Kestrelglide looked to the side as he heard someone whisper stuff into his ear. Well that makes sense, Kestrelglide thought. Lilypelt hadn't told him much but from what he had heard was going on in ShadowClan and RiverClan he put two and two together and understood immediately. "Thanks", he whispered to Lilypelt. Kestrelglide had an idea pf what he wanted to do, but he decided to wait and watch what that other cat, Tumbleclaw, was going to do.

Lilypelt had been staring at the ground for the past five minutes. The recent tragic events were replaying in her head over and over. Lilypelt looked up as someone spoke to her. It was horrying to know that not long ago there had been a fire in WindClan. She was thinking of the possibilities of how the fire could've started. Did a cat start it? Or was a twoleg out being stupid? Either way she was still i, slight shock. Gorsefeather. "Oh hello", Lilypelt said softly. Who knew a shy, innocent cat like her would turn evil in just a few moments? "How are you?" Lilypelt asked, her amber gaze set on Gorsefeather as she awaited a reply. (Sorry it's short, writers block)
